“I had a couple unhelpful experiences at this Staples & recently had to go back for a work print job. They totally redeemed this location for me. The customer service was out of this world! The staff they have right now are all super helpful, easy to work with, full of patience and sincerely want to help the customer get exactly what they need. A big thanks to the assistant manager as well. She took her time with me even though she was doing the jobs of 4 different staff, as they were short staffed that day. Thank you for being so delightful!”

“This is a friendly, helpful, responsive team! I forgot that I had a networking event to attend and needed to update my business cards. I spoke to the manager at 9 a.m. and he told me how to indicate changes to my original order and submit it via email - saving me a trip there! Then, they sent me an estimate within 10 minutes of me sending the email, then sent me a proof within 2 hours and 250 new business cards were ready before 2:30 p.m.! I am very pleased with the quality and responsiveness. Thank you!”
