I feel cheated - No foot soak. No sloughing of dead skin or calluses. No moisturizer. No massage at all toes/foot/leg. Did not push back cuticles. Basically just clipped toenails and cuticles. Barely did sugar scrub and quickly removed with hot towel and painted toenails. Oh...she cut my skin so I guess there was a bonus there. Tech did not even greet me; just kept tapping my foot and pointing. Definitely won't repeat or recommend.

Had a problem with one nail after I left. Came in to request them to fix it. They were unwilling to accommodate me in a timely manner. Had got my nails done for an event. Very disappointed.

Just wanted to say thanks so much for getting me in last minute Posh Nails I actually had an appointment at Espres Nails in Strongsville for a Mani Pedi (which I will never go back) … Owner at Espres Nails doesn’t know how to schedule ! Or even take care of customers !

Dean is amazing! I love a good, natural looking dip nail and he perfected this. He’s quick, and always does a perfect job! I highly recommend him! Truly the best!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I had a really bad experience with one of the nail techs, Dean. He did a fabulous job on my nails, however during the appointment he was making really inappropriate comments on my body, saying I need to eat more vegetables, I need to avoid fast food, etc. He also made EXTENSIVE comments on how I need to start having children right now because I’m running out of time and it won’t be possible soon, he probably talked about this for 90% of our appointment. Even when I told him I didn’t want children right now he wouldn’t stop making comments on how I’m running out of time. I am a healthy female in my 20s and it is extremely disheartening that in 2024 men are still giving unwarranted, and most importantly, unwanted opinions to female clients about what they need to do with their bodies. Especially when I am fully aware of the female timeline considering I work as a nurse in the fertility field. He is extremely lucky I am not going through a terrible fertility journey/medically cannot have children because if it was anyone else they would have stood right up and walked out, which I contemplated doing because I was so offended. By the way, this was my first time in this store, so in my opinion that makes it substantially worse. Safe to say, I will not return as well as my, appalled, friends/family I have warned about this experience.

Pretty building but I did encounter some issues. They use the cheese grater type thing on your feet which I think is against the state board of cosmetology rules. I wish they also lined their basins with disposable plastic like the nicer salons do. Also, it’s really shady that they only accept tips in cash or Venmo likely to avoid reporting income to the IRS. Makes me wonder if you can report businesses like this. Nails look nice but the leg massage was mediocre, not impressed enough to return. I saw a young girl named Ellie Tran. I normally go to the Spa at Springfield and like they say, you pay for what you get.

They get you in quick, and they're nice. Pricey, though. I was not anticipating paying $52 before tip to have my nails filled, trimmed a little, and gel polish, though. Especially when I paid $72 with tip at the same place 3 weeks before for a full set with gel polish and a design on one finger on each hand. I think I'm going to need to shop around. Plus, they look like they need to be filled already, and it's only been a week.Price: $62
