Erica is the branch manager and so far she's been very welcoming and always happy to see me.I saw the other reviews on here about bad customer service, but always remember that everyone is a flip. No one is always polite or always negative, and some people are easy to perturb.If someone is rude to you, give them Hell. If someone is polite with you, be polite with them. That's the way I run my life.

In dealing with an unreasonable charge, I had a teller, on a recorded line, who was very helpful. But he said he had to look into the situation to see if the charge could be reversed. I got a return call from Cory (manager?) Who kept cutting me off and talking to me in a very condescending tone. Even though my account never went negative, he insisted the overdraft charges were justified. He was talking to me as if I was wasting his time. I asked if it was a recorded line because I wanted to call his supervisor. Of course he didnt record himself being rude. The reason he gave me for not overturning the fee was because they already reversed a fee earlier in the year. Which is true, because the bank had charged my account twice for the same transaction. And realized it was not my error. It is unfortunate that a company is willing to make an error, then punish the customer. I have been with PNC since the took over for National City. I will be giving my business to another bank. Which stinks, because I have all my auto bill pays set up through PNC. It's going to take me days to set them all up with another bank.

I love being a PNC customer, but I have only ever had bad experiences at this location. I just dealt with a very rude teller, and I had it eat my debit card in the machine two years ago along with many checks and they refused to believe me. Go to a different branch.

What a great branch to bank with. Matt Marcher is the manager and he is super. We switched all our banking over and we couldn't be happier. They offered a great deal with our credit card processing for our business and the switch was effortless. If I have a problem, I contact them and their response is timely. Everyone is so friendly and nice. It is a pleasure to bank with them.

This is one guys opinion and it should be disregarded. Open I checking account, ever think of that? Or go to your own bank. Almost every bank charges a fee to cash a check
