great staff, clean locker room (for mens atleast, cant really see the other one) but its a nice place with lots of parking, could even sleep in the lot overnight if you needed to

Great experience almost every single time. I have now been to Strongsville, Medina and Brunswick. All were always clean and user friendly. Strongsville wasn't as up to date with all the technological stuff, but I still had an awesome experience and plan to return on occasion.

african american lady at front desk very very rude and disrespectful questioning, my friends, age and asking for ID for the tanning bed when she can already see her age on the screen, looking her up and down holding the ID in the air. Very rude and very disrespectful. Hope we never see her again my friend from walking out the door, even after using the tanning bed, trying to make her fill out papers that have already been filled out, and my friend telling her she already filled them out, being very very very very rude should be fired.
