great staff, clean locker room (for mens atleast, cant really see the other one) but its a nice place with lots of parking, could even sleep in the lot overnight if you needed to

Great staff. Tons of machines/stations to get a workout in. Clean. It just works. Enough to be worth the cheap price of admission.
