Lovely place to come and interact with the adoptable animals however somtimes the conditions for the animals can seem questionable and sad.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude people who won’t let potential buyers hold an animal unless you plan on buying it first. Never heard of that kind of service before. I was looking for another dog to replace the one I recently lost.

$4800 for a boxer puppy. Beyond crazy! Dogs look sick and in small cages!

Cute puppies but what puppy isn't? Be ready to pay arm and leg though. They are very expensive. Do your research!

‼️PLEASE READ THIS AND SHARE‼️ ‼️PLEASE SPREAD AWARENESS‼️ DO NOT GO!!! I bought a dog almost a month ago from them, and i have already spent double the amount on her since when i got her just in medical bills. Their breeders are NOT legit, they are not professional. it is pure puppy mills and amish breeders. Every single puppy is and was sick especially the day i bought mine. My puppy was only coughing a little bit when we first met and played with her, but those little coughs were SOOO many more red flags.‼️ Not even 4 months old yet, already on 5 different medicines, ‼️Possible Addisons Disease, Anemic, and YOUR PROVIDED VET “ROLLING HILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL” FAILED TO INFORM ME ANY OF THIS EARLY ENOUGH ‼️ they lied to my current vet when they asked for records on her. Rolling Hills gave my dog 2 shots and 2 different antibiotics, but told my current vet that they barely even did a full exam. yet charged me 250 for poisonous heartworm and flea and tick that my dog can’t have because she’s too young. This is 1000% Petland Strongsville, and even Parma location is awful. I’ve been wanting to sue you guys and open an investigation due to the lack of profession in your WHOLE COMPANY. I swear i am not a Karen, i am 20 years old and wanted my first dog and Petland is just as bad as “Pick of the Litter” was. Please as cute and loving as they all are, ADOPT, DONT SHOP. They are always and ONLY here for the money and sales. they could care less about puppy’s health. that’s why they sold me a sick dog and their PROVIDED VET basically let her slowly die. Once again, #ADOPTDONTSHOP

The workers today didn’t even attempt to sell Any animals or products….. Maybe they were annoyed that people were there on a holiday? Or, just lazy and entitled? I’m sure they have a good excuse. We were interested in two dogs. We were given no information onthe dog that we did get to see. We wanted to see the other one. They told us that we were only allowed to play with one dog per visit. It was pretty pathetic. We were practically the only people in there. Deflecting a potential sale is wild.

I got Cookie 2 months ago in Petland, I took him to another vet than the one that provide for free and he has always been due to the distance, he was totally fine, and the vet said that he might have some kind of warm (I forgot the name) before but it might come from the mum, since they saw the vaccination copy, but that proves that they are honest about the dog!
He was 3 months old the time I got him. It's my 1st canine, I have so many questions to ask, they can give me all the suggestions.
The man staff I got was only 3 days, he did let me play with Cookie and enjoy our time. When I was with Cookie, he was very active and can't stop licking me, and he allowed me to touch him everywhere, I could open his mouth to stop him biting my shoelace, I could touch his paws, his tummy, which helped me groom him later. I tried to keep his hair long for 1.5 months to see how long his hair can gets which you can see the recent photo of how much hair he have grown for 2 months on his ears that I decided to keep long, and definitely he has been groomed!
I stayed there almost for 3 hours to get my credit score since I'm here in the state only for an internship, but the lady staff helped me to ask the manager and come back and forth for trying to get me approved. Which also gave me a chance to observe my puppy more!
He was quiet in the Petland crate but this is what I need, this helped me to train him on potty training separation anxiety and bringing him to the vet before he has all vaccination done. I also used the bigger rabbit water bottle to get through until my hanging water bowl arrive.
I saw a few staff at the back preparing things and a lot of puppies were excited! They just lack interest with playing with each other since they have been together everyday. New in puppies were playing and fighting with each other and have so much interest with people outside the window!
The male staff carried everything I bought and they gave in the package down to my Uber for me! I asked for a towel which is in his crate as it could help with separation anxiety and they totally understand that and gave me that for free!
They helped me register my dog with AKCPI.
Although I was not able to find how his parents looks like but I am doing a DNA breed test for him.

Just have puppies there and supplies. Wwwwway too expensive despite the great package and lifetime pluses. Still cool to pick a puppy to play with for 15min though.
