Please read the comments on them being rude. Stopped by the other night before closing to ask about cleanings. Rep was very knowledgeable, gave me all the information and explained why my bracelets would turn and how to store them and how they offered the proper storage. Told her I would come back on my lunch break . Timed my break to align with the cleaning. Walked into the store both reps busy. No biggie. The rep at the register finished with her customer, saw me, and instead of saying anything went to the back on the phone so I had to wait on the other rep. The other rep finished and when I told her what I was there for she looked with a smug and told me the cleaning machine was broke for 2 weeks and it must’ve been one of the new reps who gave me that information. No remorse. No solution

We called to pick an item up and they said it would be ok if we were a minute or too late, we called back again to confirm and another person said they had already closed the register and couldn’t exchange it. Wasted gas money and time. Very rude

My experience today was not a bad one at all. Our associate name was Rayean she took time with my daughter and I. I was there to buy my daughter her Christmas gift. She was so patient with us and also told about different deals. If no one ever thanked you we thank you Rayean for assisting us today. Be back to see you in 2 weeks to get her other gift.

Unacceptable. Probably the last time I purchase something from Pandora ever again. I have spent thousands with you over the years but this kind of sub-par service is what I have come to expect. The items were in stocks when I ordered and magically they aren't. Those people are unreliable employees who should be terminated. What a joke!

Came in to buy some Christmas gifts got a bracelet and 7 charms at full price and I seen that they have a 30% going on so I called and talk to the manager, which she was so rude if I could bring my receipt up to get credit back money and they told me they don’t do that because they’re a franchise store I would have to unwrap them and bring them back return them and purchase them over I’ll never be back lost this customer

I’m giving this shop a 1 star because I came in last week to purchase a charm and have my bracelets cleaned. First the man that assisted me took my bracelets and barley touched them (refer to pictures) I’m literally scrubbing them myself as I write this review… second he was extremely insistent on pretty much talking to me as if he was trying to pick me up at a bar asking me too many personal questions. I’m sorry but this really was an annoying experience I came for two things to be done but only had one thing accomplished. My opinion people will try when they see someone they like but when a person is being short with you and not trying to be rude trying to give you the hint that they just want to buy something have their things cleaned and leave you shouldn’t keep dragging the questions and do what you are hired to do. It took forever while he was “cleaning” the bracelets and look how they came out. I will post what I cleaned off myself too. This may seem small to some people but it’s aggravating and I will never step foot in this location again if I see him there. First two his doing last photo mine.

The customers were tad snotty but that's not the fault of the store. All the employees were very friendly and I got what I needed very quickly and efficiently. Even though they were busy they still took the time to answer my questions.

I came into make a return and purchase another set of earrings on Sunday 11/21/21 I was greeted pleasantly by Jessie she seemed eager to help me but then was rudely interrupted by the manger Maria. Maria interjected and said “Jessie I got it” in a rude tone, she handled my return, never asked how I was, just said “do you have your receipt?” I then handed her my phone, again rudely “do you have the card?, “I need it” I inserted my card for my money back for the charm and then she said nothing else. She said nothing further about a receipt for my return, nothing about helping me further for another purchase as I was interested in purchasing more items for myself and a gift for my mom. This is why I go to Crocker Park. I felt like I was intruding on her social time. What a horrible experience. I will continue to take my business elsewhere

Wow! Extremely helpful employees! It wasn't busy and I did have a list. I was able to get early access to the sale because I decided to get a Pandora credit card! The girl that helped me explained the sale. There were a few other employees that weren't busy and they helped gather up the charms too. I purchased most of them for gifts. Very appealing store and fabulous staff!
