I have issues with my ankle and surgery did not help, so the doctor ordered me a custom made ankle brace. When I picked up the brace they suggested that I go to Lucky Shoes because they could help me find a good shoe that would fit with the ankle brace. Well, I made a special trip out to the Southpark Mall location, I call it special because I don't get out of the house much considering my condition. The sales man seemed like he was not really interested in helping me. He brought out a few shoes for me to try on, but kept looking at all the other potential customers that were coming into the store. He brought me a couple of different shoes and after I told him that I was not interested in his selection of shoes, he just walked away. Never tried any harder to help me or fit me for a shoe. I had the feeling like he was more interested in making a sale. I left there so disappointed because I made an effort to go out and find some shoes and was left sitting there putting my old shoes back on and went home.

I was told about the 30 day return policy, so I tried it. Went back 1 week later, and was denied! So, I'm stuck with $ 190.00 shoes I can't use . Manager was rude and I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. Also had to go back twice because they were closed due to under staffing issues.

Every time I walk into Lucky Shoes, I'm never greeted or asked if I need anything! Ever time!! I was just there, no customers and sales people too busy talking amounts themselves. So sad.
