My first thought as a buyer was this is such a cute store everything looked clean and organized. However,as a i seller I would NOT recommend I didn’t realize it until I got home. At first I felt good I thought I had actually got a nice exchange for my items,then I realized that was not the case.All of my items were top named brands like NIKE ADIDAS POLO CARTERS and GAP and they had taken all of them and offered me 21$ in cash or 24$ in store credit.I didn’t care at first because I wasn’t using the clothes then I started thinking about how much I actually spent on my items. One Nike hoodie alone was 30$. I would say they had taken about a good 24 items some were even two pieces sets so basically everything all my items for $1 or less. I would have been returning customer if they would have atleast gave me 45$or 50$ in store credit but because this is not the case I will not be returning as a customer or seller. I understand that this is a buisness,but you guys could definitely give better payout especially in store credit. I honestly would have felt better just giving them away for free to the Goodwill or church.

They're supposed to be open until 7 PM on Mondays per their hours posted online. Arrive at 5:02 PM and they're closed, with a sign on the door that says they close at 5 PM on Mondays, until further notice. Updating posted hours would have saved me this useless trip.

I think they just buy from people they know? Had some gently used clothes and shoes they rejected for wear and scuffs. Showed them examples from their own shelves with snags, considerable wear, and scuffs. Their response, "Yeah, we shouldn't have accepted those."?

If I could give this place a big fat zero I would. I shopped here and spent about $180 between my 2 kids. I thought to myself how much clothes I had that I could sell and brought some stuff in. All perfect condition,worn once or twice as my infant grows out of her clothes so quickly. I went and they offered me $17 for a few things they wanted. I left and decided I would let other people take a look at what I had that were interested in the store. If the store didn't want it, someone else would. The lady working came out to the parking lot and chewedd me out for "selling in her place of business" um? She literally didn't want my beautiful clothes so I figured someone else would. Don't be mad at me that people were interested in my clothes. Such a horrible person and I will be telling everyone I know not to go here! Don't be a Karen!

I love this place! The items are always in great shape and clean, and the music is relaxing. They are so kind to my daughters too who prefers Munchkins' Kloset over Walmart hands down. The toys are unique too.

Honestly this is a scam. Had an entire basket, after their selection they took 5 pairs of shoes, 2 new with tags on them, a winter coat and 22 different shirts and pants some also new with tags on them. 27 items in total….they offered me $16 or a $19 store credit. Lol, not even $1 for each item and like I said multiple clothes with tags, “in season” as they say too. The place might be good to shop however resale absolutely NOT.

I have been going here since my kids were little. Never had any issue with the Owner as she is Amazing and very Respectful. I have always felt like home there up until the last couple of times I shopped their recently. I am a African American women my Kids are Bi-Racial, the last two times we were checking out the lady checking us out asked my daughter if that was her real hair???? My daughter is 13 and very proud to have beautiful Thick curly hair and was taken back by this question and so was I. So we answered her and said yes, she then went on being more Ignorant and saying other insulting comments. We just played it off and left. Went back today and this time same lady ask me if all my hair was real??? Here we go again I think to myself, this time my youngest that is 11 was with me, she looked at me with a concerned face like confused on the question. I answered her politely again and she went in about how my hair was Thick and she was wondering if it was real. I said yes, and that I can wear my hair in different ways. She laughed and we left. I have not felt so disrespected before. African American people should not be made to feel uncomfortable while shopping in their own city and also when supporting a local small business. My advice to the owner is to get more of an Educated Employee to Represent this *CHRISTIAN OWNED BUSINESS. We will not be returning, as we are not welcomed here.

I took in a bag of baby clothes, and the girl informed me next time to not bring them in a bag due to trash being found in bags previously and I’m like ummm ok sure. She said it would take 30 minutes to go through the clothes, it took them 10 if that, she informed me she wouldn’t be buying any of them because they’re looking for certain pieces for infants under 12 months. Umm WHAT? I’ve seen half the things I brought on their racks but ok. I doubt she even went through them. Poor customer service, take your clothes elsewhere.

Typically okay customer service but today was off. I brought back in pants I had bought for my son because when I got home I realized there wasn’t even a closure for them. They seemed a bit begrudging about giving me the refund and didn’t once offer a simple sorry for the fact I had just driven twenty miles to return something that they should have never had on the racks. Like I said, probably just an off day for the staff, but very bizarre.
