Contacted him for services (6/1/24) set up a day and time (6/6/24 @6pm)....he then canceled 1.5hrs before hand because he claimed he hurt his ankle doing landscaping, ok fine. I wished him well and told him I'd still need his services and to get back with me when he's better....he then hit me back up on 6/18/24 saying he was then sick after his injury and can help now....BUT, I had already seen he had BEEN back in business (clearly posted on his Facebook page) before he contacted me back....
Very unprofessional to disregard a paying samaratin trying to care for their animals!!!
Especially to not contact me back when you was REALLY back in business but go and service other animals? Wow. My animals don't matter huh? So much for a vet whose supposed to care for the fur babies!!!
Do not use his services if you don't want these things happening to you!!!

They did amazing when it came time to put my girl down. It always is the worst to have to put a pet to sleep so they no longer are suffering from cancer.

I’d like to say this woman is doing the lords work. A euthanasia at a big corporate hospital in the area is about 400$. Exam fees are insane and blood work is high too, will easily be over 1,000. She is being a champion for her profession by trying to make vet care accessible. Literally she is mobile. Quit expecting veterinarians to have crystal balls. And quit expecting services to be free. Even parents of babies in the NICU get a bill.A kitten can develop kidney failure in a few days. How is a weight helpful if there is no medical hx and the cat has a good body composition and no meds are prescribed. Quit comparing it to human medicine.You’re amazing Dr! Keep on being great.NOMV

I hate to do this but a few weeks ago Dr. Nicki came to see my Luigi at home. He was a sick boy and we opted for mobile vet services due to the stress of traveling with him outside the home. Her exam was minimal at best. He was given a shot for arthritis. I explained he seemed lethargic to me and $400 later I was told his bloodwork was normal with no further explanation or plan of care. Fast forward a few weeks later and we had to lay him to rest. The doctor said his kidneys were small, intestines felt thickened, he was anemic, hypothermic and had an extremely low heart rate. I’m not saying Dr. Nicki could have saved him, however, being a human nurse myself I can say her exam was pathetic. No temperature taken, no weight, didn’t listen to him with a stethoscope etc. If you want to lay your animal to rest in the comfort of your home I’m sure she is great. If you want a thorough doctor for ongoing care I would steer clear. The doctor who put my sweet kitty to sleep said he suspected kidney failure with secondary anemia and probably a critical potassium level. But his blood work was normal? Wish I could get my money back, unfortunately that wouldn’t bring my sweet boy back to me.

Several years ago, Dr. Nicki came to my home to take care of my Shaina, a chow mix, toward the end of her life, and she did a beautiful thing for us- when Shaina could no longer get up, and she was in the yard, Dr. Nicki came, and let me hold her when she put her to sleep, right there in my yard. I thank her for her deep care and concern, and helping me with everything else, after.

Took care of both my cats, helped give them a peaceful goodbye when the time came, and was so compassionate and understanding of the pain of that goodbye. So thankful she was there to help us through those difficult times. And now cares for our rescue pup. So convenient, professional and courteous staff, highly recommend

Dr.Nikki and her staff are beyond words of praise in my book.The first appointment my fur babies had with her. Was for three cats two seniors and a kitten. To have their shots and nails clipped , with exams.Her and her vet tec was so warm and caring with them all, I just had to tell everyone I knew about and the services she gave to them all . THANK YOU .., For being such a kind and caring vet.

Just had both my cats seen by Dr. Nicki. This service was fantastic. The availability, professionalism and organization was spot on. She took such good care of my cats in my own home and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend this Vet!
