Terrible experience. Don't waste your money here, as you'll just end up having to go to your normal doctor anyway. Lauren (nurse practitioner) had no idea what she was doing. First, she said she couldn't prescribe me the meds needed because protocol told her a different medicine. Then she changed her mind and said she could prescribe the meds needed after all. She changed her mind a 3rd time and decided I might be allergic to them. I've taken this medication at least a dozen times in the past, and I'm 100% not allergic to it. I went through all that just to have to go back to my real doctor anyway. They kept me there 2 hours for all this, even though I had an appointment. Waste of time and money!

Absolutely the nastiest, rudest, arrogant blonde woman. She is a joke. Wouldn't waste my time there ever.

What’s the point of a minute clinic if you have to schedule appointments days out?? Sounds like it’s the same exact thing as a regular provider. Cleveland clinic express care is actually way better

I had a very unprofessional experience with this clinic when I went here for a physical a couple months ago. The man that helped on my first visit was so kind of helpful but I didn’t have all of the records I needed so I had to make a second appointment. The woman that conducted my physical was so unprofessional in her behavior and made me extremely uncomfortable; I would not recommend going here at all.

Tiffany, the Nurse Practitioner was extremely kind and professional. I appreciated being able to wait in my car until they were ready for me (which was no wait at all). The pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock but called the North Royalton CVS for me and had them fill it -- and THEN called me back to let me know they had done so. Very good visit here.

I had to take a covid test for work. After you take your nasal swab you are supposed to put it in a vial work some sort of liquid. My vial had no liquid but Julliane Berish NP didn't care. She assured me it would be fine and resisted my attempts to get a different test kit. Now my results have come back inconclusive and I have to schedule another test before I can go back to work. I have two kids Julliane and I would've really appreciate it if you would have just DONE YOUR ACTUAL JOB so I could go back to work. I guess that would've just been too inconvenient.

I had great visit with np Lindsey Raymond. Very friendly and professional. I had pretty bad symptoms and was leaving for a 3 week business trip. She diagnosed and took care of me so I would t be out of town without a prescription.

Walked in at 4:15 and they refused to see me, young woman said they take the last patient at 4:10. They should change the hours from 4:30 to 4:10 on Sunday. Open till a specific time means you are open.

I'm sorry I didn't look at these reviews before I visited here yesterday with a serious sinus infection just prior to leaving on a week-long trip. The provider suggested I wait 5 days, while on vacation 500 miles from home, and if it isn't better then go to a Minute Clinic up in Wisconsin. The entire reason I was there was to get treated before leaving to accelerate the healing and ease my symtoms. I was able to make an appointment with one of the providers in my family practice and he said I was on the verge of bronchitis/pneumonia and provided me with prednisone and a very effective antibiotic. I feel 80% better already. Had I listened to the risky plan the CVS provider at the Minute Clinic Strongsville was proposing I could have ended up in the hospital in Wisconsin with pneumonia. Do yourself a favor and skip this location if you're sick.
