“I responded to a mailed invitation from Beltone for a free hearing screening and evaluation. The receptionist greeted me promptly and provided a detailed questionnaire. I was invited back for the hearing evaluation as soon as I completed it. The technician gave clear directions including a sound test with headphones and then a word repetition screening. I was immediately given feedback on the results. Then I met with another professional who interpreted the results, answered my questions and suggested another screening next year. There was no cost and no pressure for referrals or additional testing. All had a professional and positive attitude.”
