I like it so much more than the Home Depot that is next to it. It sure makes a difference when the employees are nice and say hello. Home Depot employees are, in general, rude.

Just because a sale sign is displayed doesn't mean it's current - check the expiry date in the small print in the corner -- happened to me today when buying fertilizer -- they won't honor the displayed price reduction if still up after expiration. Bummer

2 for Lowes is primarily for their new return policy. Not sure how it's Lowes responsibility for stolen merchandise post purchase, but because of this you can't even return something for an exchange or in store credit without a receipt. Not even 1 light switch. Makes no since. Put some stipulations on your policy instead of being cut and dry across the board. Moving forward our purchases will go to Home Depot.

I wanted to put a review so the whole world could know how amazing this store associate was at the Lowe’s location in Strongsville, Ohio. Thank you so much AMANDA!!!! I hope you will be blessed for your deeds today. I went into the store to return a product that I purchased. It was the incorrect product. Long story short I’m a single mother of the children. With little means to make things workout for my children.My daughter had a project due in school by Friday. I didn’t have enough money for my purchase due to many obstacles. However, Amanda at the store realized my struggles and step in to be my angel and helped me purchase my item. I just want the world to know there are absolutely genuine people in the world that seem so cruel at times that are willing to look out for complete strangers. Thank you Amanda. You made it possible for my daughter to complete her final project. May God bless you and your entire family.

Lousy Delivery Program
I'm not sure if they have anyone there knowing what they're doing. Had a grill ordered in the store with assembly and delivery. Originally it was supposed to come on Saturday. On Friday the delivery was confirmed and I got a delivery window. On Saturday morning, Lowes left a voicemail saying there's a missing part and they would deliver on Sunday. Then I get another call and they said they need to deliver on Monday. A couple hours later, I get an email confirming delivery for Sunday. Confused, I gave them a call and the guy on the phone confirmed it will delivered on Sunday and we need to be home for that. Delivery window passes, I call again and they say it will be delivered on Monday. So we wasted the entire day sitting around for nothing. I asked to talk to a manager but she 'didn't have any more information'. No apology, nothing.

Horrible service. I bought a garage door battery. It was shipped to the store but customer service cant be bothered to go get it from back. I will not be buying from them anytime soon for a battery. Explain to me how what i ordered is there but they cant go get it. I mean seriously??

Order Mulch, email and Apps stated the Mulch was ready for pickup, drove there with heavy traffic to find out they didn't have it ready and needed to cancel because it was out of stock. Awful logistic, waste my time and with gas prices being high, wasted gas to get there too. I can see why they are losing market shares to HOME DEPOT!

Never try to exchange a propane tank here. You will wait 30+ minutes and still not get serviced because only the manager can do the exchange apparently.

And older patron couldnt get any employees help to put cinder block in her car, by the time I got out there to help her she finished. so she ended doing it herself.
