Aside from an issue with the delivery personnel representing lithouse I was very happy with the entire process of purchasing a new hot tub. David, the salesman, has been great since the day I met him. Very thorough and more than caring and concerned when we had the delivery hiccup which I cannot put on the sales team. They have been great I would definitely recommend going to see David. I do have to take one star off for delivery only.

Litehouse Pools did a wonderful job with tear down of old 25 year old Litehouse pool and install a new pool all in 2 days. An absolute fantastic product and work crew out of Mansfield, Ohio store. Office personnel was very knowledgeable, knew what was needed and set up times with work crew. Again, wonderful job.Tim L

We are new pool owners and called Litehouse to open our pool as suggested by the previous homeowners. The technicians who came out were friendly, but that’s where my positive experience with Litehouse ended. They were here for about 45 minutes, took the cover off the pool and squeegeed the sides with a broom to get the algae off. They suspected that there might be a leak in the pool due to low water level, so they didn’t add any chemicals or actually open the pool. They had no clue where to direct me to figure out if there’s a leak and what to do about it, they basically said figure it out on your own and call us back. I was charged $578 for this “service” with the thought that they would be back to open the pool once we got it figured out.We called a real pool company to come out and take a look. They knew how to find the leak, would paint the pool, could answer all of our questions, and do anything else we need.I called Litehouse back asking for a refund for the services I paid for that were not performed, saying that I would pay for what the technicians did while they were here.Bob in their service department was incredibly rude to me on the phone and kept throwing in my face that I signed a contract and it is what it is, no refunds. Apparently because they left the chemicals that were not added, that I didn’t ask them to leave and that I don’t know what to do with, they owe me nothing. I was flabbergasted by the total disregard for customer service or them doing anything at all to rectify the situation.Not only were they rude and could not care less about my issue, but they knew basically nothing about pools or even our hot tub that I asked them to look at. Just an awful experience all around. Save yourself some money and a headache and don’t call them.

extremely poor service. waited over 2 weeks for a service call only to be told they didn't work on my spa that I bought from them. I gave them the make of the spa when I scheduled the appointment but she didn't listen. now I have to wait two more weeks for a real Spa company to service the spa. Next spa comes from so else

Service - awful. If your going to a lite house, go to Seven Hills. They will treat you better. These guys Treated my wife with much disrespect. Did a poor job on installation and had to fix their work. They didn’t stand behind their heater they sold for $$$ when it broke after barely any usage. Used excuses in saying it’s not covering when you call the MFG to find out they aren’t being truthful, it is covered. Needs to be fixed by year end. They say they are don’t for the year and can’t help. When you shop there, they give off the impression like they are so much better than you. I would avoid this store.

I purchased an extra heavy duty blue black solar cover on 6/16/22, 9/9/22, 3 months later the cover is delaminating. In its current state it looks worse then the 3 year old cover I threw out earlier in the summer.Lighthouse doesn't stand behind their customers, or their products.I spoke with Dave Hastie from Strongsville and this became apparent when he said there is nothing they can do because the covers are only warranted for seam failure.He tried suggesting the cover failed because of unbalanced chemicals. If that were the case my vinyl liner of 7 years would be toast. He also said he may have been able to help if I purchased their premium clear cover, but since my purchase was the extra heavy duty one I was out of luck.The 200.00 money I wasted on this cover will be the last time I purchase anything from Lighthouse. If I drive a few miles further there is another pool store I've never had issues with.

Bought a nice little 3 person hot tub for a pricey $5k. Customer service was great up until I bought it, then went downhill after I had follow up issues and questions. And then I actually got bad info from them, some basic care and maintenance was the opposite of what I was supposed to do. Their answer is always shock the tub. No, you don’t always shock the tub.

Stopped in from out of town to buy a pool heater, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The store is huge, I wish we had something like it near us!

Don’t buy anything from this place. I bought a $15,000 hot tub from them and, due to my own fault when I didn’t winterize it properly, it became damaged.So I called their service department and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Amy. She was rude and disrespectful throughout the YEAR of nothing but excuses from them. They sent a crew 4 times and they couldn’t fix it. The last crew said they needed to take it into their shop and it would cost a minimum of $1,000 to repair.Over a YEAR later, they still couldn’t repair it. So I called someone else and they fixed it in 2 trips! Litehouse was trying to rip me off by doing more than what was really necessary. They should be ashamed!

Litehouse Pools & Spas in Strongsville has your best selection of everything for your outdoor entertainment, whether your looking for patio, pools, spas, billiards . The staff is knowledgeable , along with a in house service department. I rate the Strongsville store 5 stars*****

John, don & Paula are excellent customer service people . We have purchased a hot tub , pool , & 2 Christmas trees. They have been top rate socially and service representatives . I highly recommend the pearl road store for quality customer service. Thankyou ,each of you. Like a little dream team
