Terrible service. Watch everything they do or try and sell you or scam you I should say. Charged for hot tub cover and supplies that we were told they were “included” completely lied to our faces. Delivered hot tub left all packaging and garbage thrown in our garage. Called GM and he was no help other than offered to give us the cost to return it.

I hired Lite House to open my pool, and they came and did the bare minimum. Two days later, the pool looked precisely the same, even worse. I asked them to question this, and they told me that taking the cover off and dumping 2 gallons of chemicals is worth $640. They do this with the most nasty attitudes. PLEASE save yourself money and do not hire them. I had to do the process all over again from ground 0. I'll leave photos of the pool 2 days later.

This is the most unreliable pool store. I’ve came to this store at least 6 times and each time I came I got no help with anything and I left empty handed cause they never have anything or there always something going on in the store. This pool store is terrible.

Made an appointment for having issue's with our pool not coming on hoping to have it repaired by them . Tech came and said the power to the pool isn't working after 5 mins. I mentioned yes that's why i called in. He said there is nothing we can do and its $300. for the call to come here. Did not even offer anything or get the electric and will credit you the money towards the repair or anything ! This location will scam you ! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE OR REQUEST A REPAIR !

I have been coming to this store for 30 years .we purchased a hot tub & a pool from this location. I purchased rapid shock the other day and the little lady at the desk charged me for turbo stock 2 dollar difference per bag .Today I returned for a refund she told the girl theses 3 people are before her( no 1 was ready to check out but me ) She is so rude I don't think I'll be coming back .maybe leisle's or great escape would treat people nicer

Aside from an issue with the delivery personnel representing lithouse I was very happy with the entire process of purchasing a new hot tub. David, the salesman, has been great since the day I met him. Very thorough and more than caring and concerned when we had the delivery hiccup which I cannot put on the sales team. They have been great I would definitely recommend going to see David. I do have to take one star off for delivery only.

Litehouse Pools did a wonderful job with tear down of old 25 year old Litehouse pool and install a new pool all in 2 days. An absolute fantastic product and work crew out of Mansfield, Ohio store. Office personnel was very knowledgeable, knew what was needed and set up times with work crew. Again, wonderful job.Tim L

We are new pool owners and called Litehouse to open our pool as suggested by the previous homeowners. The technicians who came out were friendly, but that’s where my positive experience with Litehouse ended. They were here for about 45 minutes, took the cover off the pool and squeegeed the sides with a broom to get the algae off. They suspected that there might be a leak in the pool due to low water level, so they didn’t add any chemicals or actually open the pool. They had no clue where to direct me to figure out if there’s a leak and what to do about it, they basically said figure it out on your own and call us back. I was charged $578 for this “service” with the thought that they would be back to open the pool once we got it figured out.We called a real pool company to come out and take a look. They knew how to find the leak, would paint the pool, could answer all of our questions, and do anything else we need.I called Litehouse back asking for a refund for the services I paid for that were not performed, saying that I would pay for what the technicians did while they were here.Bob in their service department was incredibly rude to me on the phone and kept throwing in my face that I signed a contract and it is what it is, no refunds. Apparently because they left the chemicals that were not added, that I didn’t ask them to leave and that I don’t know what to do with, they owe me nothing. I was flabbergasted by the total disregard for customer service or them doing anything at all to rectify the situation.Not only were they rude and could not care less about my issue, but they knew basically nothing about pools or even our hot tub that I asked them to look at. Just an awful experience all around. Save yourself some money and a headache and don’t call them.

extremely poor service. waited over 2 weeks for a service call only to be told they didn't work on my spa that I bought from them. I gave them the make of the spa when I scheduled the appointment but she didn't listen. now I have to wait two more weeks for a real Spa company to service the spa. Next spa comes from so else
