Jay was great! He spent time with me and answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me as I was hopping from bed to bed to try them out. I know he is trying his best to make a sale, but he did not have to spend the time he did with me showing off the features and different beds and explaining the differences.

Matt gave us exceptional service handling the sale long distance over the phone so all we had to do was sign the papers at a store close to where we were. He answered and checked on everything for us. We really appreciate the extra effort.

I went in today to purchase a mattress, as I am moving out and need my own now. Matthew was super helpful and showed me many options to fit my preference in firmness and comfort. He ended up helping me find the perfect mattress with no stress and accommodated me in a pick up time. I definitely recommend Levin and Matthew for any young adult who is looking to find a mattress quickly and easily without a lot of sale pressure!!!

the shipment came in 2 visits. 1st delivery everything but the
mattress came. 2nd delivery 6 days later mattress came, bed is
assembled and I am hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight.
