I was looking for certain size in a Coach frame. Ashley at the Elyria,Ohio store was very kind and helpful trying to locate this frame. After looking for inventory
she suggested Strongsville , and l would never have thought of that store.
Strongsville employee , Amal looked in the inventory and found the exact frame
I wanted and held until Monday, the holiday and lucky for me, Amal was working - glasses were perfect , PLUS wonderful Amal , asked if l had AAA, I do, showed her my card and l received 15% off.
On July 15, l purchased same frame at the North Olmstead store, exchanged and upgraded for the $219.00 (wanted two pair of same frame).
Unfortunately at North Olmstead l was waited on by very unpleasant employee, Elizabeth, and she never asked if l had AAA - even though l purchased frames - l DID NOT receive the AAA DISCOUNT.
WAS NOT HAPPY I LOST OUT on first
pair discount on 219.00 frames at the North Olmstead, Great Northern Store.
Will drive 10 miles farther from now on to Strongsville. I live in Vermilion,Ohio - 38 miles to Strongsville, very much worth the trip. ( NO insurance involved - cash sale for both pair - Coach 6040).

Nick was very pleasant but honest about how the frames I picked looked on me. I needed that if I’m committing to wearing something for at least a year. Nice guy! The store was bright, spacious, clean with wide variety of options

I bought glasses at montrose store but had the lenses fixed at strongsville store the girl at montrose store trinity was rude short tempered and talked very fast and changed her story on info Three months and i already had to make a claim w chips on both lenses. I took them to the strongsville store girl was annoyed and acted rude as well like she hates people. I called today to let them know im available to pick them up sane girl answered and didnt greet on the phone and acted like i was a bother. Honestly i should t have had to pay for the chips they are cheaply made and not quality and the staff at your stores are not nice walmart glasses i have had are better quality i have old ones i still wear for back ups that never chipped in 12 years!

I arrived about 40 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, not only were they able to see me sooner, the physician was thorough and Nick was awesome at assisting me with finding the perfect pair of frames. The establishment was clean and everyone was friendly. The environment was calm.

Nick was exceptional! What a patient man. He helped us select a wonderful frame and provided many options. Additionally, he didn’t rush us as we made our decision. Would ask for him when we need glasses and frames in the future.

Nick was very helpful and friendly! He replaced the ear pieces and nose pieces and was able to find lenses to replace ones my kitten chewed up! We were passing threw town so I was very grateful for his help!!! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience. The woman that took care of me when I walked into lenscrafters. I told her that I had.
A voucher for a free pair of glasses and she was very nice. She took care of me right away. She showed me various selections of great glasses. Picked out a nice pair of glasses. She told me they would call me in about a week to let me know that my glasses are ready to be picked up. Very friendly environment. The lady was super nice. I recommend people to go to lenscrafters. It's the best place there is.
