Whoever you had processing Amazon returns today, 6/16/2024 could not have cared any less about being helpful. He was rude and just acted like he didn't want to be there at all. He looked to be a teenager so that might explain some of it but his attitude really sucked.

Employees are beyond kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and good people. The store is large. Nice bathrooms, decent parking. I've only been to Kohl's a few times in my life.

My shopping experience was good BUT I encounteted way too many self check outs! I do NOT like self checkouts!!!
Thank goodness there was a wonderful human lady that was sweet & knowledgeable to handle my checkout.

I was being harassed by another customer and the Kohl's representatives allowed the verbal harassment to continue...very disappointing. Occurred at the Strongsville, Ohio store at Southpark Mall.
