Dr. G was able to get our dog’s issue under control in 2 weeks when our previous vet couldn’t in a year and half. Love them all.

A vet that has someone sitting at a front desk blatantly telling clients that cats get the short end of the stick and refusing to help with cats that were dumped off at my house for 3 weeks isn’t a vet I wanna deal with. My husband Chip Jenkins and I have been taking our dogs there for years and now that these cats are dumped here won’t even try to help. The lady on the phone didn’t even bother asking our name. Sorry Dr Siclair, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t need to keep giving a place my business after your front desk showed how much your business doesn’t care.

Great experience with Dr. G! Very thorough over the phone when explaining exam and testing. Vet techs and staff were friendly and compassionate.

Had never been to this vet before and my kitty had to have an emergency visit. My typical ER vet wouldn’t pick up their phones. Crossroads was so nice, they said to come up right away but warned me there were a few people in front of me. Had a well operating Covid procedure where I communicated by phone from my car. Spoke to 4 different staff members and all were very nice and professional. I spent less than 30 minutes waiting total, my other ER vet I would have been there for hours even if I had an appointment! Well priced for treatment. Would recommend.

We drive 15 miles from Westlake, and have for the last 12 years, to take our three cats to Dr. Beth Arnold. We knew she was the one when she introduced herself to each of our brand new adopted kittens and then to us. When all three immediately fell ill to feline respiratory infection she worked tirelessly with use to fight off secondary infections and to save the eyesight of our little girl kitty. Today all three are healthy wonderful “senior” kittens. We won’t go anywhere else.

I've been taking both of my dogs Moose and Mocha to see Dr Cooper for two years since they were pups and absolutely love the experience. I would highly recommend Crossroads and Dr Kim Cooper to anyone.
