DISCRIMINATION AT IT'S FINEST!!I ordered a package that was returned to the company and they now refuse to return my money!! They discriminate against the families of inmates because they think less of us!!Awful company!Awful customer service!DO NOT USE THEM!!

I’ve literally had to defecate next to my trailer tire due to an astronomical amount of turtling in the morning at this place. It’s extremely unprofessional of this company to deny the use of restrooms even with having a mask on your face “due to covid restrictions”. They literally count every single piece on a pallet that comes off your trailer, so it’s a good amount of time before you can leave. I also didn’t mention they DO NOT PROVIDE A PORTA POTTY. A well known business to not even have one is almost unheard of. l’m taking this time out of my day posting this in hopes this will reach management above the ones that control the docking doors for receiving. Also to provide feedback for any trucker that comes to this cruel place that has to use the restroom, you’re gunna have wait in the event of an emergency. I’m not sure where common courtesy has gone since the pandemic hit. It’s saddening to see things like this in our country today. That is all

If your are staying overnight they gonna knock your door at 5.30 and unload you in less than 30 minutes

For truckers: This place receive by appointment only. just come 1 hour prior to your appoitment time. otherwise you spend waiting! and incase, you wait at the docks, of which they allow, be prepared for no toilet service!

This place is very good if every receiver is like this truck should be very easy job. My appointment was 8am nock my door about 5:50am and I was out about 6:20am I like that overnight parking too I didn’t see restrooms plus I didn’t even look
