This shop is wonderful. Was my first time in a cross stitch store in about 7 yrs. Many awesome kits, patterns, smalls Bd frames. Will definitely go back and soon.

I was very excited to find this shop! The owner was very friendly and helpful. when I couldn't find the color of beads I was looking for she offered to order and told me she would call when they came in. I waited three to four weeks, when I didn't hear anything I called the shop and it was picked up by answering machine. The message stated that the fastest response would be by email. I still left a voice mail and also sent an email, after another few weeks there has still been no response. in spite of the other reviews, I cannot say anything positive at this time. Under promise but over deliver...not promise everything and do nothing.

I’m very disappointed with my only experience with this store. I ordered a kit from Facebook during her May sale. It came with an IOU note for 3 beads. I believed I was purchasing a full kit and this is not what I got. After a couple weeks I emailed her about the beads and she said she would send them. I’ve emailed her twice more and she has not responded to my inquiries, nor has she sent the missing pieces. It has now been 5 months. I was looking forward to shopping at this local store when I discovered it. After this poor customer service, I will not shop there again.

I have shopped In Person many times during our travels to Ohio. Well-stocked shop, great service, prices are Not Marked Up, very pleasant & knowledgeable owner, a wonderful shopping experience each visit. Fast online service too. I needed some silk floss the other day, so ordered via email, this was sent out USPS on the 25th & received today, the 27th! Outstanding!!! TYVM

I just was there once but the owner was very nice! I just called and Shelly couldn’t have been nicer. I’m an hour away and she said she will mail my pattern at no cost to me! Outstanding!

Excellent store for cross stitch patterns, threads, fabric and other supplies. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the owner. She was very thorough in explaining the different sections of the store and helpful to me regarding the fabric I needed for my project, I most enjoyed looking at threads, as there we're multiple shades and different types. I also really liked that I could purchase modern patterns. This store has everything for cross-stitch, whether one is a beginner or experienced stitcher. It's also well-organized and fun to look at all the merchandise. Looking forward to returning soon.
