Had been going there for almost a year. Looking for a new stylist due to the one I had gone to for 15+years passed due to cancer. Natalie had cut and highlighted my hair. You could tell she was not very experienced at cutting/styling. I have/ had medium length hair, and she never blended it or long cut. But I took a chance, I wanted a few more layers. She chopped in layers. I had not noticed how badly the cut was till I washed and styled my hair a day later. It was awful my husband was like "what did she do". I called to get it fixed. The owner Dee let me come in that night. Well....no better she razor cut to blend and which I feel there was no need for...I went in originally for a trim of 1/2 inch. I lost 3 inches and much more due to the awful "razor blending". She asked how do I like it? l don't....it 's not what I wanted at all. She never apologized for the awful cut Natalie gave me. I will never go back to that butcher shop. I am sure there are good hair stylists, but none I would go to. Oh and the receptionist works remotely!

I have been going to this place for almost 10 years now. Dolores is just amazing!!! This place would not function without her. She is so professional and has years of experience doing hair. I love getting my highlights from Natalie and my Keratin treatment from Holly. I also love getting my nails done by Kristina. Honestly, this place is so warm and welcoming that it feels like you’re hanging out with the fam “ the good kind”.

I have been going to Joseph's Hair Salon for many years. I usually get pedicures there and once in a while hair done. They just got some new pedicure bowls and chairs. I got the Vega qiqi hair straightening treatment at Joseph’s salon. The results are absolutely amazing. I have had many keratin treatments over the years and nothing compares to this product. It has worked great for my frizzy hair and I have not used a flat iron since I got this done. Dee is a thorough professional and she took her time applying the product uniformly. Thank you to Dee and Joseph’s salon for an excellent job.

Having naturally curly hair and frizzy hair my hair stylist Doloris recommended the Qiqi smoothing treatment. I can't believe it ; i love the results!!! My hair is literally 100% frizz free !! I highly recommend this treatment if you have unruly, frizzy hair. Doloris is an amazing stylist and my hair has never looked healthier!!

I was able to book a last minute spa treatment for my wife and these ladies took care of her and put a smile on her face that is still there a week later. Whatever my wife needs from now on, this is the place she wants to go. Such attention, a willingness to be accommodating, such wonderful staff, all around. Just incredible!
