My husband and I were in a few weeks ago. Thom was so kind and helpful! He helped us find the correct sizes and offered to order anything that wasn't in stock. The clothes we purchased are beautiful pieces that fit perfectly and wear well.

My name is David Tackla, and I will only buy from Charmain at this this store because of the wonderful service. I will not buy online because her customer service is second to none. I tell all my friends about her and how she is so accommodating every time I order something. I brought a young man to this store who now asks everyone for Johnston & Murphy gift cards for Christmas because of her service. Again, I wouldn't order from anyone else. Thanks again.

Would give zero stars if it was a option. Very judgmental rude and disrespectful staff. Asked to try on two pairs of shoes which the lady gladly brought out nut when i pointed put the one was super creased she tried to convince me that is how the shoes come new. Right after she just told me the shoes are so stiff i will want to wear them for a week to help break them in and soften them up.so how are they so soft they crease from me putting them on but so stiff i need a week to break them in. All in all i will never be back spend your money elsewhere. There are mom and pop shops who would appreciate your money

The BEST Strongsville team-Charmaine (Manager) & Thom (Asst Manager) are VERY professional and helpful! They are very patient and take the time to help me find what I am looking to purchase for my husband. However, I wish the Southpark (Strongsville, OH location) was bigger and could accommodate carrying women's clothing and shoes. There are many vacant spaces that would be a better suite for this higher end clothing line.

Thom Kovach at store #1814 really helped me turn a bad experience into a great one!I have several Johnston & Murphy shoes, and have been a loyal customer for years. While out in a winter storm here in Ohio, the heel of my favorite pair of boots detached. I was disappointed and called the store to speak with a manager since the boots were recently purchased.Mr Kovach invited me to visit the store. He was understanding of my dissatisfaction. He explained to me why it happened and how he was able to refund the boots.However... he also showed me an amazing pair of boots in the Johnston & Murphy Collection. Made in Italy and lined with genuine shearling, Thom instructed me on proper care and maintenance for these and all other shoes in my collection. With the credit from my return, I only paid the difference.It's good to know that Johnston & Murphy stand behind their products and have professional managers like Thom Kovach who support their stores.

My husband actually bought 4 pair of shoes. The saleswoman was spectacular. Sometimes it's a challenge finding wide width shoes whether your male or female. And they had everything we were looking for. Treated my husband to a fifth pair. I felt that the prices were more than worth it because the shoes are of great quality. Will be back.

Outstanding service...wonderful and personable staff. Nice shoe selection with many sizes in stock. With the Pandemic, glad this store is still open. Social distancing was in effect with hand sanitizer available upon entry.

Johnston & Murphy has some of the best quality shoes you can find! Within a year, I have found myself purchasing casual shoes for going out, causal work shoes, dress shoes, and boots. I'm up to 7 pairs of shoes from them now, and I can say that I do not regret any of the purchases what so ever. Almost all of the shoes there are over $100 dollars, but if you are looking for extremely excellent quality, it is well worth it. They have a lot of leather, nubuck, suede, and cloth options in many styles and colors.
