It is what it is and that’s all I needed it to be! Got an express cut for $25 (not including tip!) and it was a nice experience. Sam took the perfect amount of time and did a great job chopping off my dead ends 🩷

I had a great experience at the Strongsville JCP salon. I had full highlights put in my hair and my eyebrows plucked & colored. I thought Ulin did an amazing job, just wish it was a little cheaper, but my sister said that was reasonable!!
