“I returned some equipment to the store this week on behalf of my elderly mother that we neither needed nor asked for. We were forced into it several months ago when attempting to set her up with the most basic internet in order to set up home cameras to keep an eye on her, but the rep on the phone insisted it was the best plan. Vinnie not only quickly took care of the return, but then set up my mother with a less expensive, basic plan that we wanted to begin with.
