Rob Lynnott made it great! His communication with all parties was nothing short of spectacular. He went above and beyond at all times. My client is the friend of long-time repeat clients, and he was a first-time buyer. Rob made him comfortable the entire journey and gave him thorough information at all times, was there the entire time, and helped this (many-faceted) sale be smooth as glass on our end. I found the team at Howard Hanna to be very effective and easy to talk to and work with, I went from initial phone call to pre approval, found a house, put in my bid and closed on the house in about 35 days. The whole process was way easier than ever anticipated, especially in this challenging market but the most noteworthy part is,start with the right people and your outcome is gonna be a lot more satisfying. I sincerely appreciated the ability to have everything handled by the same agency and I would absolutely recommend Irene, Rob and the team at Howard Hanna Strongsville, thank you guys for everything, you made a stressful situation very manageable.

They deserve a 10 star rating! We left the area and had to sell our home in Jefferson County Ohio. Lennie was AMAZING!!!! She sold our home in 30 days at full asking price. She was always in contact with us on the status and even helped us deal with a horrible title agency. She worked weekends, holidays, and evenings and got our home sold. I can't speak more highly of her and her staff. I would strongly recommend Howard Hanna and Lennie Barta for your agent. She is a hustler (and i mean that in the most respectful, way to explain her work ethic) and will get your property sold quick! If you need your house sold.... Call Lennie!!!

Recently called today for inquiry on getting an agent to work with in purchasing property, I'm a business owner & said my name along with my company title. Nonetheless I've worked with countless agencies in the past if they needed home improvements done.At 10:52AM this morning your front desk rudely hung up on me & didn't want to hear anything I said. Honestly your customer service is subpar & owning a business myself customer service is at our forefront. I'll be taking my services across the street Russell Reality to work with an agent there. Ann Paydock was extremely helpful to me and my husband as first time home buyers. She quickly and patiently answered the MANY questions we had.After my husband and I saw a couple houses that we picked to see from online, Ann sent us a different home to go see that she thought we would like. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was OUR home. Thank you Ann! We put an offer down immediately, and now it’s ours :)!
