I had my Goodyear tires rebalanced. Very professional service. They took the time to clean the mounting surfaces on the wheel and hub. They took the time to inspect my brake pads, which were fine. All lug nuts were hand torqued with an electronic torque wrench twice.

I booked online oil change appointment at Goodyear in Strongsville location, they called me in a last minute to tell me that we cannot serve you today I can put you in Next Wednesday and today is Monday 12/4 so I ask to talk to the manager and her Name is Victoria I explained to her the situation and I make sure to tell her that is not the first time happen and her respond was yes we are booked till next Wednesday at 3 pm because online booking not going to work because the website didn’t know what’s inside the store and how many employees we have in!!! and today some of them wants to go home early ( it don’t make no sense)Next time call the shop to book an appointment… my opinion the Website supposed to be accurate and doubt about it. thats a really bad service and unprofessional.

This Goodyear gave me a poor experience in car repair services. With regards to communication, pricing, and timliness/response. They will tell you one dishonest thing after another. Try to nickel and dime you, while appearing to go "through great lengths". Can't even make exceptions to fix the repairs they didn't even recommend and performed initially within a very limited mileage window. I would highly recommend staying away for services and stick to their tires.

They impact wrenched the lugs back on. Got a flat after and couldn't get the bolts off with a lug wrench and had to be towed. Just plain lazy.

Worst place ever brought my car here they made it worst messed up the electric system so now my battery is missed up and they wanted me to buy a new battery they do not know about cars or how to work on them do not bring your car here they will mess it up

Best place to get tires from. We've bought all our new tires from here, also had a flat fixed here, and will continue to return here. The manager, Victoria is beyond helpful. Everyone we interacted with here was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Will continue coming here for all our tire needs.

Liars, I brought my vehicle in for an alignment, and tire rotation. Currently in my 3 year alignment I purchased. When I went to pick up my vehicle the said they did the rotation for free... It was a Saturday I called and made the appointment 2 days prior. When i got home i checked the tires, they were never rotated. I always mark the driver side. What reason do they have for not doing what I need, and also lying about it?Update: Victoria called asking if I can bring my vehicle back up, and let them keep it for the afternoon for an alignment. I am unhappy not to have my vehicle for the second Saturday in a row. This is a waste of my time. Goodyear expects to be paid for their time, even though I have to check their work when they return my car. Probably won't be returning to this establishment after my alignment period is over. Honestly I'd prefer to have them pro rate it and give me any money back, and I cancel my other half year. But they need that money or they won't be able to stay open to stiff unsuspecting customers.

They installed new tires and rims. Instead of looking into manufacturer of rim they told me I needed other things that I did not need for those rims to fit. Also one of the tires had a leaking valve stem that they installed. The information they supplied created a rabbit hole of bad information.

Everytime we use good year, we end up with blown tires. It never fails. Something is always wrong with the tires.

I wasn't thrilled to learn I needed to purchase 4 new tires for my 10 year old car, but the manufacturer stated the tires needed to be the same with similar wear and because I had picked up a nail that could not be repaired, I needed to replace all 4 tires. Since I have a good business relationship with this store, they worked with me to secure 4 new appropriate tires and worked with me to get a fair price. They really didn't have to do that because I was forced to buy quickly if I wanted to use my vehicle. Marty worked with me to make sure the work was done as soon as possible for a fair price. The tires I had before were outstanding, so I decided to buy the new model. My thanks to this store for taking care of me.

Went in on a Saturday morning because I thought something was wrong with my brakes. Turns out it was something completely different! They were able to get me back on the road within a few hours which was awesome. Didn't try to sell me any extra services or unnecessary upgrades. Prices were fair and staff was friendly and thorough about breaking down the total cost so I understood exactly what I was paying for. Andrew was especially helpful and took great care of me and my car. It's been about a week and everything is still running perfectly. I would definitely come back if I need other work done on my car!
