Gill Podiatry set up my initial office in 1988. I have used them for the past 35 years. They are not only very professional, and efficient; but also experts on podiatry supplies and equipment. I would highly recommend them whether you are opening a new office or have an established practice.

I made an order over two weeks ago.I noticed my order hadn't come in yet. I try to get on their portal in order to retrieve the UPS tracking number and it isn't available. I finally called to find out the status of the order and was told they had attempted to deliver it 3 times and now it was being returned to them. I told them no notification of attempted delivery was ever left in our office. Gill's response was that they are not responsible for what UPS does after the package leaves their warehouse. Well a simple call to our office to inform us of this problem or providing us with the tracking number,would have been a great idea. It shows very poor customer service.

I have been using them for over 20 years, and highly recommend them. Their prices are competitive, and their service and knowledge of product selection for your individual needs is excellent. Their customer service, and guidance is second to none. Online retailers can not provide their type of service to our industry.
