I stopped in just to see the “NEW” 2021 Envision’s and I ended up test driving it. I fell in love with the new body model and the inside of the vehicle is what truly sold me.
Joshua was our salesman and he was great through our entire process. The entire team at Strongsville GMC has been amazing.
I currently own a 2017 Envision and looking at the new model, there is no comparison in terms of looks.
My Buick always has been a super safe, no issue car for me and my family. As of now I will not look at another make vehicle.

Update sept 2024: went all summer with no AC the cooling system has a hole it in and leaks. Im assuming they knew this since i bought it at the end of winter. And as soon as the heat picked up, the AC was shot from the jump. I should have paid more attention but desperately needed a car at the time. Overall wouldn't buy a used car from these folks.
Great car, less than great company. My family has purchased numerous vehicles from ganley over the past several years. Always recommended them highly as they always touted their "Ganley guarantee". They swore up and down the vehicle i purchased last week would pass Pennsylvania state inspection, then offered to make ammends if it did not before I had left the store. Well, it did not pass inspection. It failed due to the windshield washer pump being faulty and not activating. I asked them to help me with it. The sales representative, Elliott, gave me a run around through text and the manager Ken decided not to return my voice mail or answer the calls I made after leaving no voice message. A 35$ pump toppled the Ganley Guarantee.. cars seem to be decent. But the service is severely lacking.
Edit: After reading my Google review the manager, Ken, reached out to me and offered to overnight a check for the work that was done. He also gave me his cellphone and said if I run into anymore issues I could contact him personally.
Final update: the check that was supposed to be sent overnight took over a week to arrive. And I had to call the manager to get the paperwork to get the vehicle registered. He did answer his phone but I after waiting 25 minutes for the papers he said he would send right over I ended up having to call the shop and they Zandt even started working on the papers... just an endless headache and personally contacting the manager was more useless than anything. Glad I'm done dealing with these people I've dropped the review to 2 starts terrible employess decent cars.

Joe, Emmitt, and Josh were tremendous every step of the way on my return of my lease and new lease. I'm happy with my selection which was the first vehicle Joe and Emmitt showed me. I'll be back for the next vehicle and look forward to working with all three of these fine gentlemen. Total pros and look out for the customer's best interest.

I had a very good experience today at Ganley GMC in Strongsville.I was returning a lease and leasing another vehicle. Emmett (Sales Consultant) and Josh (Financing) were friendly and helpful. I got the Terrain I was looking for and at the price that satisfied my expectations. It was a low pressure experience and both were knowledgeable easy to talk to. All the paperwork was completed quickly and all my questions were answered. I would highly suggest stopping in and working with their team.
