Garbage. Spoke to a banker tells me to do something. Spend an hour doing what he asks. Then tells me yea they can’t do It bc of some bank law. This is the definition of poor customer service. Been a customer for years and never have i been treated like this before. This lady named barbara hunt needs to be fired or laid because she definitely doesn’t the right training and needs to work on her attitude. She is rude and very disrespectful!!!!

They steal your money by holding checks for a full ten days. They then give you the excuse of insufficient funds as they look at you with a straight face, when the account has millions of dollars in it. Absolutely "DISGUSTING" bank.
