I was having a hard time returning an item, not knowing that express has a strict policy. Cody understood my frustration and was nice enough to return the items I no longer wanted. Very nice and polite, good thing he’s a manager! Go to him for any express needs☺️

The people that work in the store are nice. They could be a little more helpful. The last time I shipped here there were 5 people working and I had my hands full of clothes to try on. I needed a fitting room but they were huddled up together gossiping. They're nice enough just unprofessional and not helpful.
