Phenomenal. I received a Mother’s Day treatment as a referral client. Had no idea what I was in for but knew I needed some self care in my life. Somewhat nervous as I am very cautious with my hair, Ashley’s warm spirit and product knowledge put me to ease. All natural products with only 3-6 ingredients (she let me read everything she put in my hair) Penetrative, restorative, healing practices were performed. I walked in with dry damaged curls. I walked out with hair like silk. She actually made my hair color look better with out any chemicals. Ashley doesn’t just do hair…she creates a whole spa experience. Not only did she make me look good, but feel good on a day I wasn’t.

TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE. My family is staying in Cleveland while my mother is receiving chemotherapy treatment. I was looking for in home hair service and I couldn’t have been happier to find Ashley. When I called to see about availability, she was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, ensuring that all our concerns and needs were met. She was able to schedule my mom for next day and understood that given her medical condition that flexibility was a factor. Ashley was very communicative about timing and immediately made my mom feel very comfortable about everything. The entire service was incredibly insightful, gentle, and relaxing. My mom felt really good throughout the process and Ashley knowledge was extremely impressive. I am confident that Ashley’s personal approach made all the difference for my mom in this difficult moment. I would highly recommend this salon for any service and I am incredibly grateful I found them!

I felt very cared about and learned a lot more about wigs and how to take care of my hair. It was a comfortable experience and I really like the scent and feel of the Pretty Girl oil product. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for help with wigs or anything hair related. I will be continuing to go back and continuing to buy the Pretty Girl products.

Pretty made me some very nice business cards using a design that I sent her. She was very attentive and made sure I was satisfied. She reached out frequently to confirm before she moved forward with each process and I appreciate the time she invested into making sure she got the job done right. I used Pretty Girl products earlier this week and and I was pleasantly surprised by the results!The scent is sweet, but light. The slip is amazing and my hair felt soft after both the shampoo and conditioner, which does not happen with all products.Enthusiastically recommend Pretty Girl shampoo and conditioner!

Where do I start! I recently bought the PGP strengthening Shampoo and conditioner and it smells amazing! The products left my hair feeling clean and soft by me having 4c hair it’s hard to find a product that leaves my hair feeling soft. Can’t wait to see what other products this brand have in store.
