Horrible customer service.. Made an appointment for a pedicure at 5:00pm but was still waiting to be serviced at 5:25 while they finished walk in clients.. waste of someone’s time. I got up and walked out because at this point, what was the point of me making an appointment just to wait while walk ins get serviced during my appointment time? this isn’t the first bad experience ive had at this salon but this is definitely the last! ??

literally the worst nail place i have ever been too. got a full set and it wasn't bad up until i asked for coffin and she continued to not give me coffin, and the nail polish was awful, it was thick, and i ended up having nail polish all over my skin, even my hands lol, and i got gel so it's not like i didn't let it dry and ruined it. they were rude and i was clearly rushed, took 30 minutes for a full set and i have never been anywhere that has done a full set in 30 mins. do not go here

Dip nails are always on point here and last longer than other salons. I have gone to different nail techs there and they all provide quality service.

Worst experience I ever had. My husband and I were walk ins on a Sunday and our nail tech told us we should've had an appointment and she likes to leave early on the weekends. We got there at 3 and online it says they close at 6. A male worker, I'm assuming a manager, kept talking to my combat veteran husband about his time in the war. The worker asked my husband if he killed people and if he still has nightmares. How inappropriate. The place was a mess. Our pedicure bowls didn't have a lining in them. I hope I don't get a foot fungus from the place. There were nail clippings all over the floor. It was gross. The pedicure cost $35 and I didn't get hot towels, lotion or a massage. It was a total rip off. My pedicure took maybe 20 minutes. Don't recommend!

It's been a long time since I've been to this salon, and today I was reminded why. I was a walk in so I fully expected to wait. The owner, Frank let me know they could get me in if I was ok waiting just a little bit. I acknowledged and agreed as I was already prepared to wait. Each time he came by he would say just a few more minutes, or just a little bit more. Meanwhile he sat 2 other walk ins and started prepping them for their service even though I was still waiting... Told me to pick out my color which I did. When he asked me what color and I told him, 508, he says why you pick that one, no 500s I told you pick here. Took the colors and gave me a different one which has nothing like what I wanted on it. Why are the colors out if you don't have them! Half hour later, after I was already there an hour, he comes over leans to me and says the girl do your nails finishing pedicure, just 10-15 more minutes. I got up and walked out. I've already been waiting an hour I wasn't waiting longer. I went to my car, searched for another place and ended up at Spa 7. They were able to get me in right away! They had the color I wanted originally and they were wonderful! Welcoming and pleasant start to finish! Save yourself the time and headache don't go here. Find somewhere else. This owner does not care about his clients, just his money. How he is still in business is beyond me. And dear Frank, you can save yourself the time and energy in commenting back trying to make this my fault like you have done to others who give you a negative review. I really don't care what you have to come up with as an excuse. I won't be returning and I will make sure to share my experience and opinion of your shop with anyone who asks or mentions the name.

Horrible Service! The lady rushed my pedicure, still somehow managed to have the gel peel off my big toe when I came home. Also, I explained in detail how I wanted my nails done. I asked for a simple French tip & she kept messing it up & when I explained I didn't like it she got upset & wouldn't fix it. Never have I ever experienced this level of terrible service. To make matters worse she had the audacity to add her own gratuity. I would give them zero stars, but I had to pick one.

I got there today with no appointment which I understand. I had no problem waiting. The owner directed me to the massage chair which did not work. I asked him several times to take a look at it and he just walked away. I had two girls one did my nails and one did my toes the toes were fine the nails were not good., when I went to pay, I confronted the owner regarding the massage chairs and he had nothing to say then he billed me $102, the pedicure was not even a massage pedicure, I asked him what I was paying for and he was very defensive and he said you’re paying for this salon, lol. I would never go back there and I would never recommend this place to anybody! The owner is extremely rude not only to his customers, but to his employees

terrible...manager over books and end up waiting forever just for a quick service that takes literally ten minutes. save your time and money
