The service is good if they are receiving money but if there is a problem. THEY are all clueless on process. Poorly trained and communication are horrible.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They sent a nasty demand letter stating an arrest warrant for a car that was clearly returned! Intercompany communication is severely lacking!

After talking with store manager Ryan, nothing was resolved. It’s been 5 days since I Filed a complaint to headquarters, no one has called to resolve my issue. Today they charged my credit card that I was not supposed to pay. I need a refined.
