Hasn’t a personalty! Just don’t care for Dr. Pal plus there a money hungry company, that likes to rip people off. Do your homework before going to them ! Went to them in May had shots exam. Now October try to order medicine and they won’t approve say they need heart worm test, he had one just 5 months ago!!!

Great care, Dr. Pal was clear about concerns and solutions, and he even called personally to let us know the results from the bloodwork and fecal test. Team is friendly and kind. Close to home is a nice bonus.

While everyone was very nice, and the doctor seemed somewhat competent, something they don’t tell you when you make the appointment is that they will force a rabies vaccine into your pet whether you want it or not. Whether they are sick or healthy. They don’t tell you this until you’re in the exam room and they already have your $80. I understand that it is Ohio State law that all animals must be vaccinated for rabies however it is not the job of veterinarian to enforce this law. I’ve called multiple other animal hospitals in the area asking them if they have the same policy and they do not. I was told the doctor would determine if she was healthy enough to receive the vaccine. However, they gave it to her while they had her in the back room away from me before the bloodwork was done to be able to determine whether or not, she was healthy.
There is no law that says veterinarian must vaccinate every animal for rabies whatsoever, this is a lie to get 60 extra dollars out of their clients. To make matters worse I spent $400 and still don’t know what’s wrong with my cat. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and polite, but there is some pretty shady money grabbing schemes going on behind the scene.

Dr. Pal and his stuff was amazing as we were there to put our cat down. We got an appointment quickly and the process was explained thoroughly . They were very caring as it was very emotional.

We've recently moved and came to Dr. Pal's because it's close to home. We were extremely pleased with the care we received from Dr. Pal. We have an elderly dog and he was very caring and presented us with all of our options and his recommendations for care. He even called me personally to share test results. We will be bringing both of our dogs here from now on, thank you Dr. Pal!

Our first visit and made our 12 year old tabby very comfortable!! The staff and Dr very informative and provided a quote and information prior to doing anything. Very very happy with how our baby was treated. Highly recommend!

Dr.Pals is an awesome place with friendly dog lovers! My dog Lola is absolutely at home here. She actually thinks she’s apart of the dog crew behind the desk ! Thank you Dr. Pal and Staff !!

I’m sorry to say I won’t go back to Dr pals. I brought my golden butters in because she had vomited up her kibble the day before but she was eating on the day I brought her in. I asked for a UTI check because I saw she would need to go out but then turn away like she was afraid to go out . I saw she did not eat her dinner the day before and suspected a UTI . I was correct as she had bacteria in her urine. What I was shock about was a HUNDRED DOLLAR COST FOR A SHOT TO HELP WITH NAUSEA. First off they gave her Pepcid so the shot was not warranted. She was not vomiting the day of her visit and did eat and hold down her morning meal. The doctor was not Dr pals himself. She did not ask me if a charge of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS would be agreeable. This was not a life threatening situation. I should have been told what the cost of that shot would be but they did not do that . SHE GAVE THE SHOT THEN TOLD ME SHE GAVE IT NEVER MENTIONING THE COST. My entire bill was OVER 400 DOLLARS. This is unacceptable . All vets tell you if the cost of something is high BEFORE THEY GIVE IT. The vet did not do that . I am shocked at this behavior . I Will not be going back as there are a lot of wonderful vets out there .

Dr Pal's Small Animal Practice is the best clinic, where you can make sure your pets will get the medical care they need. Dr. Pal is very professional, knowledgable, patient, and has a great sense of humor. The staff is courteous, kind, emphatetic, and attentive to your needs.
Visit Dr. Pal's clinic, you won't be disappointed.

Attention all pet owners please do your research. This place is an absolute rip off $78 and a required deposit for exams. Call any other place - all exams close to this area are $55. Please do not get ripped off by a money hungry company.

7/5/24 had 5pm apt scheduled via phone conversation with staff. Upon arrival i was informed that “someone canceled appt via scheduling software”. I did not even know about scheduling software. Cancelation had to come from staff.
Drove 50 miles to see the vet. Was turned away.
Completely unprofessional from this establishment.

I have been bringing my fur babies to Dr. Pals office for many years! Everyone there is amazing, wonderful, caring , loving and everything else under the rainbow. Will be with them always and forever!!! We love all of you!

This was our first visit and we were given a room right away. The person taking our information was very good with Coco, the doctor direct, but easy to talk to. Lab results came back quickly and the vet himself made a follow-up call with results. Treatment suggested for a little arthritis is minimal which I like.
I might have marked this visit as 4 stars because she was trembling. I couldn't see if the big dogs at the front desk were barking at her or if the storm coming was responsible, so I'll hope she'll feel better next visit.
