I have been to this shop twice for formal dresses. I have had an amazing experience each time! They have beautiful options, the customer service is beyond outstanding! I ordered a pair of shoes and was having a hard time finding time to drive to Cleveland to pick them up, they dropped them off at my door for me!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I highly recommend working with DarlaFoxx for your next formal event. I worked with them to find my wedding dress and had such an amazing experience.
The pros: I booked an appointment and when I arrived my consultant, Stephanie, had done a phenomenal job of picking out dress that were based on not only the form I filled out before hand, but also the inspiration that I had sent over. She picked out dresses that were within my budget and also knew the designer, prices, and how long it would take to arrive if I chose to order. I tried on at least 8 dresses during my appointment. Never at any point did she make me feel pressured to buy, she wanted to make sure that I had a great experience and find the perfect dress for me.
The cons: If I had to say anything negative, the "worst" (and I put this in quotes because I truly didn't mind) part of the whole experience was the parking. My mom has issues with walking and being as they are located in Tower City Center, you do have to park and walk a decent amount to get to the shop. If you decide not to purchase, you do have to pay for parking. However, if you do buy a dress, parking is validated.
Overall: I had an amazing experience. When I went into my appointment, I had no intensions of buying a dress that day. However, because of the experience I had, the dress selection and how at ease I felt because of Stephanie, I walked out ordering the dress of my dreams. The dress arrived sooner than promised and they provided a number of referrals for seamstresses for alterations.
10/10 would recommend.

I remember when this shop used to be in south park mall, I couldn’t be more proud of the growth. Darla is amazing, she’s very kind, courteous, and super sweet. Can’t wait to come look for my vow renewal dress

Such a beautiful place to pick your dress for any event, after ordering so many dresses online and didnt feel happy how they fit, i contacted Darla she know exactly what i was looking for and picked the most perfect dress for me.

This store was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful! You have an appointment but you never felt rushed! We came from Massachusetts to get my daughter’s prom dress because we wanted to be sure no one else had the same dress!! My daughter got one she had pinned in her phone! The absolute best experience we could have asked for with the right prices! We will most definitely be back!!

I so happy I was told about Darla Fox! Her establishment is awesome! Her dress options are phenomenal! Darla as well as her staff was so professional and welcoming! Darla made me feel like my daughter and I knew her for years! She referred me to such a wonderful and knowledgeable seamstress Ms. Sherion and Amy. (Not to mention this was a very last minute thing for me) I can’t thank Ms. Darla enough for giving me such a wonderful experience at her Boutique! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY Recommend! I bought my niece to Darlafoxx to find her dress and it was an amazing experience! They catered to her and made sure she found the perfect dress. The array of styles was endless and I would recommend for any occasion. She looked like a Disney princess. I love Darlafoxx!!!

My daughter was unsuccessful with finding a prom dress so we tried Darla Foxx. The store is HUGE with so many options. She was able to find a dress that day! The staff was awesome and the experience was great. We will definitely return for any formal occasion.
