This is only about the tire/auto department. I have no complaint about the rest of the store, but their tire department is shameful. I had bought 4 new tires there in February 2023, and they offered free tire rotation after so many miles. Sounds like a good deal, right? Well, in December 2023, I went back for the tire rotation, and when I got my car back, one of the low tire pressure sensors in my car had been broken. The low tire pressure indicator on my dashboard now blinks when I turn the car on, so it always appears as though one of my tires is low. This was not happening when I dropped my car off to them. When I brought this to the managers attention, I was basically told "Oh well, those break all the time. It wasn't our fault but we'll replace it for $70". Of course this answer was not acceptable, so I went back another day and spoke with a different manager. Got the same answer! These people obviously do not care about their customers. This issue could have easily been resolved by them, and should have been since the damage obviously occurred while my car was in their care. Instead, they have lost my business, and I strongly suggest that you all take your cars elsewhere.

When I first went here to get my memebrship cards the customer service ladies were very nice. This location is kept together pretty well and they do accept Apple Pay. The only downside fall is I had to use my credit card because they don't accept Discover on Apple Pay.

costo used to be a great place to shop. great customer service, etc. no longer is this the case. since covid, customer service no longer exists. i have major trouble with the glasses/eye wear department, purchasing online, purchasing large items....etc. if this keeps up, there will no longer be a costco because people will cancel their membership and go to sams club - which i hear is better than costco anyway. get your act together costco - or you will be out of business.

I liked coming to this location of Costco. Not anymore. The variety of products and items were there with decent prices. But to COMPLETELY harass and embarrass a customer who honestly wasn't sure if pets were allowed or not was inappropriate. Not sure if he was management or not with tire service but even after being immediately compliant and WHILE I was rushing to remove my pet from the cart first he consistently kept bashing me over the counter about my pet not being a service animal (I didn't claim this at anytime or had this impression since my pet didn't wear indications of being one?). I understand some stores strictly allow ONLY service animals. But this was very much out of pocket.

@Costco When I use self check out you treat me like a 13 year member is stealing from you. I send my kids to get a few things and you take it away. My household of 4 isn't good enough when you make me exclude my kids in your plan. You don't get my wife new apples when it breaks. You tell her to get it herself. I'm about done with you. You treat your customers terrible.

I'm a past customer of Bj's, and the selection at this costco was worse than where I left. The door staff were extremely rude. Going back to Bj's ASAP

I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.

I mean Costco kind of speaks for itself as far as finding good bargains on anything from televisions to steaks. I've had a membership for quite some time and honestly it's worth it and I don't think I've even really scratch the surface of taking full advantage like the vacation and tires but this Costco pretty much has everything you can imagine. They've got a really great deal on gift cards for restaurants for I believe it's $100 worth of gift cards for $80. The only thing that I would kind of not say I'm a fan of is going here on a weekend because it is packed but the checkout lines do move pretty fast. And let's not forget the free samples of all the different foods you can try

I had such high hopes but yet another office that looks at your age, prescribes bifocals and doesn’t listen to your concerns.

I'm not typically the person to leave a review but wanted to in this case. Months ago I needed tires and my buddy told me to go to this Costco because he loved it here. So I went and saved a ton of money on the tires I wanted. Got the tires and they did a great job. No issues. Yesterday my tire got a nail in it and my tire went flat. Long story short (not short) I went in after I put my spare on just to see if they could fix it or get me a new tire. These days I figured it would be like most places and would be a long expensive process. I pulled up to the garage bay pretty late and without question a Dominick came out and helped me. Super friendly. He immediately grabbed my flat tire and brought it into the bay. Told me to meet him inside and he would help me out. I walked in and he pulled me right to the computer and already had my account up and ordered the new tire. I was in shock lol Since my tire was under warranty I Just paid a small fee. Dominick then said before I leave to bring my car back to the bay so he can check the spare tire and make sure the tire was on tight enough. Again I was shocked. Told me when the tire will be there and will call me. Not kidding while I'm writing this review I get a call from Costco saying my tire is already in and they can put it on today. Like what? Sorry for the long review but this was an amazing experience to the point where I took a picture of his name badge. I am now a forever fan of this costco and Dominick I thank you. I will be sending everyone I know to this location because of that interaction. Costco give this guy a raise! People like that dont come around often.

I am on my second pair of Costco hearing aids and I have had mostly good things to say about them and Costco. Today one of my hearing aids quit working, which has happened before, and I went to Costco to get it checked out. The old policy was that you could stop in for a cleaning or to drop off hearing aids for repair at anytime. For new hearing aids you need an appointment. I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and Teresa Cannon came out and asked me what I wanted. I let her know that one of my hearings aids stopped working and I wanted to drop them off so they could be repaired. She was extremely rude and told me that they weren't taking any hearing aids for cleaning or repair until 11:30AM. I had driven 20 miles to get them fixed and had never had a problem before. I told her I could just leave them with her and she told me, very rudely btw, that she didn't have time to check them in, she then turned around and walked away. Needless to say Costco has sold me my last pair of hearing aids and I will probably not renew my membership as there is a Sam's Club 3 miles from my home.

HEY YELP: this is a *separate* listing for the Costco *warehouse* that is *distinct* from the Costco *gas station* nearby. In line with other dual listings for dual Costco Wholesale / Costco Gas sites throughout America, these two listings for Strongsville should *not* be merged. Like other Costcos in the region, this outlet is perpetually busy, unless you come during the first or last hours that they're open each day. Inside, the layout is the same as other Costcos you're used to seeing: distracting electronics up front, clothes and household items further inside, and then groceries and produce furthest back. And whether you're getting household items, groceries, or bath supplies, you'll encounter low prices, if you can stomach ginormous quantities, whether dozens and dozens of batteries or huge slabs of ground beef. Great if you're feeding an entire school team or getting some cheap catering for a company or organization event, and that's assuming everyone can actually finish everything.
