The folks working here are ready to help in anyway the moment you walk in... but give you your space and privacy to look around. I have never seen such a large selection of router bits in one location... not just a few of the most commonly used, but everything produced by a few of the major makers. Even though they seem to be a specialty shop, their prices basically match what you will find online or in the big box stores.

They have the best selection here and sharpening services that are utilized over the Eastern part of the country. Helpful courteous knowledgeable staff!

I stopped in while I was in the area to browse and was treated very professionally. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about all the products I had questions on. He also gave me advice on some projects I’m currently working on. Highly recommend this store.

I'll never go back. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Shopped for 20 minutes and never got hello, can I help you find something, or I'll be with you after I'm done helping this customer...nothing. I would have shopped longer but when I asked if they had a restroom, I got a firm NOPE! Well...I guess I'm done here. That's a heck of a way to treat a customer. When I go to Woodcraft, I am always greeted upon walking, get asked if I need help and am certainly welcome to use the restroom. Frankly not worth the 40 minute trip regardless of their restroom policy. Won't be going back.

I came in just minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon in desperate need of hardware for a kid's bunk bed. Not only were they one of the only places around that had the proper parts, but the staff was incredibly helpful and sincere. They recommended the perfect solution for the job and guaranteed my purchase with a full refund if it didn't work (it did!). Great service, best woodworking selection in town, and fair prices. Start every project here!!!
