I love this store. I have a ton of their tank tops and sweatshirts and tshirts. I got the Browns guys hoodie, and Chief wahoo hoodie. All very inexpensive. They are a great store for Cleveland. The Owner and Manager are great. Highly recommended!

Very cool store! Got an awesome crew neck sweater with a great design I got to choose for only $20. I will definitely be back to customize some more clothes soon!

Would give it less than 1 star, if it were an option. Exceptionally poor customer service. Received a pair of Browns sweatpants for Christmas, the same day our house came down with COVID. Today (1/7/2022), my husband attempted to return the pants, purchased 12/22/2021 - 16 days ago. Per the store's 14-day return policy, the pants can only be returned for store credit. I called to inquire - any exceptions, since we've been sick with COVID for the last two weeks? I was told I should've returned the pants while infected, per the store policy. The employee said, "We're not afraid of COVID. I've had it twice. It's no big deal. We don't need you. Goodbye." And then he hung up on me. So, for the $20 i was unable to get refunded for a pair of pants, I will happily sit back and watch this store fold, and continue to shop Amazon, Kohl's, Rally House, Dick's, and everywhere else fan gear is sold, and where customer service means something.

Prices so good, I had to go back to a second time to get more. As a native of Cleveland who has to live near Pittsburgh, this place was a slice of heaven.
