I went in today just to browse around and I want to give Tina, the sales associate a HUGE shoutout! She was SO kind and helpful and even let me have first pick of the new green velvet sweatsuits that haven’t even been put out yet because I was telling her how I green was my color! She was so helpful and made my shopping experience great.

No sign stating anything about no returns. She told me it’s on the receipt clearly. I understand that after I made the purchase and was given a receipt. I can see the no return policy. Fitting rooms were closed and not even the sales person told me about the no return policy. She had a nasty attitude because I told her I understand but you guys can at least have a sign stating so. I got my gift card with store credit and left. The nasty attitude I was not for it rather take my business else where.

Worst store in the mall, fitting rooms closed, no returns, and no refunds, only exchanges which is bs, terrible customer service and cashier had an attitude, always loved buying from this store but never again will I go there, sorry for losing customers, you should be posting your policy all over the store instead of acting like it should be known, learn to work with your customers, if I could give no stars I would .

Great selection and prices, though many of the clothes tend to be "clubbing" style. Going out of business signs up, at present. Not sure if it is chainwide or this location. Sad

The staff was always super kind and helpful, it was also a great place to shop for anniversary or birthday gifts. Sorry to see it go, but sometimes that's just how it is.

Only giving this place 3 stars for their items you can buy. Seriously, such cute stuff at reasonable prices. However, this place truly is slacking in customer service. Rarely do I get greeted or checked up on, and any time I have an exchange or return, I'm given a "sigh" and an eye roll. If their customer service improved, maybe they wouldn't have to file for bankruptcy so many times... they'd actually maintain loyal customers
