terrible customer service, employees were rude and rolling their eyes at people as they walk in. While at checkout, i was not greeted and was told the total followed by another eye roll.

Had an awesome experience today!! 2/7/24Ashley was the associate who helped us today and what a breath of fresh air! So welcoming but still focused on making the store look full and beautiful. Thanks again for making our shopping experience great!

I went in today just to browse around and I want to give Tina, the sales associate a HUGE shoutout! She was SO kind and helpful and even let me have first pick of the new green velvet sweatsuits that haven’t even been put out yet because I was telling her how I green was my color! She was so helpful and made my shopping experience great.

No sign stating anything about no returns. She told me it’s on the receipt clearly. I understand that after I made the purchase and was given a receipt. I can see the no return policy. Fitting rooms were closed and not even the sales person told me about the no return policy. She had a nasty attitude because I told her I understand but you guys can at least have a sign stating so. I got my gift card with store credit and left. The nasty attitude I was not for it rather take my business else where.

Worst store in the mall, fitting rooms closed, no returns, and no refunds, only exchanges which is bs, terrible customer service and cashier had an attitude, always loved buying from this store but never again will I go there, sorry for losing customers, you should be posting your policy all over the store instead of acting like it should be known, learn to work with your customers, if I could give no stars I would .
