20!years ago this place was awesome. You brought it in for a repair, you’d get your car back looking like brand new. But our recent experience was not even close. They held the car longer than needed, the advisor often over promised and under delivered on the end result. Many areas of the vehicle was not even so much as vacuumed after the repair. If this is how things are there, we will consider other places in the future.

Unprofessional. Wasted several hours of my time and after several weeks waiting refused to provide a written estimate. Couldn't even provide the courtesy of a return call. The satisfaction of the insurance companies is important to them.

They told me the repairs to my car would take one week. Three weeks later they were done. They never called to give me an update, I had to call them when they missed the multiple deadlines they gave me.

We recently came to Strongsville Crash Champions. They are extremely professional, and do excellent work. Abby at the front desk is very knowledgeable in how insurance works and explains everything that’s going on with your repairs. Joe was very friendly and went over everything that was repaired on our vehicle. We highly recommend them!

I had an exceptional experience with Crash Champions. The online estimate process was easy with fast follow up by the shop. Upon initial inspection they were very transparent about pricing and worked to get best prices for parts. All the staff were kind and professional. They were attentive and provided comprehensive updates about the repair process. My car was done sooner than expected, and looked as if it had been cleaned before releasing it which was a wonderful surprise. I would totally recommend this shop for repair needs and if I ever have future needs, they will be my first call!

From the first time I called and spoke with Abby the receptionist, I knew I was in good hands!!! She was very kind and professional. She goes above and beyond!!! She coordinated with Enterprise to get me a ride to pick up my rental car and returned it for me afterwards. She was always very helpful when I called or showed up in person. Nick was my mechanic and he was also amazing!! He explained all of the work that I needed, gave progress updates along the way, and took his time explaining things when I had questions. It is hard to find an auto body shop you can trust, but I didn’t have those reservations coming here. They are great and I will be back!!! Wanted to make sure I left a review because reading them is what helped me decide to give them a try!!!!
