It was a Sunday. This is the first time I went to this nail salon. I wanted a simple manicure with no polish and stated this when I walked in and sat down. They were not busy. There were so many issues in which I should have stopped and left. I do get my nails done regularly at a place in my city, but my timing was off.
1) The lady brought over cuticle clippers in an orange rag, and it had someone's dead skin in it. When I asked her to please get a clean on that has been autoclaved, she looked stupid and said it was clean. I pointed at it, and she left to get a new one.
2) she wanted to file my nails and opened a drawer to retrieve a dingy white file that was clearly used on numerous others. I told her it was used and to get a new one. She again looked stupid and said, "A new one is too rough," and "Is this the first time you do your nails?"" I told her I always get a manicure and pedicure and for her to get a new file. I actually do high-end salons where they open new items in front of you.
3) she filed my nails, and I asked her if she ever does her nails. She said no, which was true since it looks like she harvested rocks throughout the year for a living.
4) she did not ask me if I wanted my nails cut, and when I asked, she cut them straight across! I couldn't believe how she did it! She then filed them again.
5) she then took out the machine file and filed the hell out of my nail bed! I asked why she was filing my nail with a rough/course machine since it would ruin my nail bed. I told her that the machine is for artificial nails and not for natural nails. I showed her the damage she did, and she looked at me and said, "When you wash your nails, it will go away." Okay, dummy, I'll go wash my hands and show you, which I did. And no magic happened. Still damaged nails.
6) she tried to coerce me into getting nail polish, and I said no. I informed her that she was trying to cover up what she did to my nails. She put cheap oil on my nails and said, "See, it's gone." So I went to wash my hands again to show her how stupid she was.
7) When I got back, she was speaking with another employee explaining dumbfoundedly what the issue was. I showed her, and she said she would fix it. I told her I wanted to leave and I would not pay full price. She said that she was trying to help me. She had an orange file in her hand. Now, why would I give you a second chance to mutilate my nails? They said I had to pay full price because I didn't want them to fix it. So I paid over 30$ and told them to consider it a donation to their charity.
This place is extremely unhygienic. I am pretty sure they are not cleaning or sterilizing their equipment. Be very cautious if you are into hygiene and cleanliness, especially on natural nails. I honestly don't think the lady who did my nails was certified.
As a healthcare provider, I will be reporting this place to the Department of Health. This place should be shut down. The lady should be stripped of her license. They also need to understand customer service and satisfaction. I will curse this place every time I pass it.
I went home and attempted to buff my nails. I will need to wait for them to grow out. Enjoy the photos.

Man that did my pedicure was so rough. While rubbing lotion on my legs and feet he was way too hard cut my nails ways too short, also cut my toe while he was scrubbing my foot cut my cuticle so hard I was in pain and sat me under the dryer and never came back so after about 10 minutes I got up and left polish ended up not sticking to my toe

Terrible service booked 5 pedi 2 Manis a week an advance.....came in to only 4 people working.....myself and my neice started ours and was done with ours before my sisters or my daughter got started.....my pedi was Terrible AND BEST PART IS A WORK AT A NAIL SALON AND NO HOW SERVICE should be done I understand short staffed but come on when 5 people book clearly we want it done close to each other time....at the end over charged both mine and my sister credit card after we signed the slip and we tipped CASH never again....only reason I didn't do it at my work is because we are closed Sundays and my sisters and 1 only have Sundays to get together

the lady who did my nails made me bleed on both my thumbs, was very rough, and i feel like i got majorly over-charged. my friend had asked the lady to please make her nails a little bit shorter, and she said, “no, i like them long.” and refused to cut her nails. both of our nails and nail beds hurt, and my nails are crooked. the older male nail technician was making us both really uncomfortable, and touched my friends arm and shoulder TWICE. it was just a really uncomfortable and quite frankly terrible experience. please, DO NOT GO HERE.

One of the younger employees was doing a fill on my nails, and fixing one that broke off, keep In mind that I’ve never been to this nail salon before. She snipped my finger so deep while trimming my nails with the clippers that my finger wouldn’t stop gushing blood. I kepted bleeding all over and on her, and had to keep washing my hands. Then she kept putting this green unknown liquid on my deep open wound that burned, also while fileing she kept doing it in my cut. First time I’ve been to this nail salon, and will be my last time. I asked her if she wanted me to pay while my friend got hers done and she told me I didn’t have to, I then asked “are you sure?” And she said, “oh yea yea” I left to go get food and my friend that was still in the salon told me I had to pay still. $48 for just a fill. Absolutely terrible service, and lied to me.. NEVER GO HERE…

Friends and I went to get our nails done and it was a very ... interesting experience. The picture is my friend's nails. Her manicurist was hired three days prior and clearly was intoxicated. He nicked her cuticles (4-5 of her fingers) and was cutting them with her eyes closed. He made her feel incredibly uncomfortable. Touching their knees, asking really personal questions, etc.

We stopped here to get a Mani Pedi for my daughters 5 th bday and I'm so happy we chose this salon! Clean, quiet, and such friendly staff. They had little Disney princess Pedi chairs which made my little one's day. Thank you to the staff for making her day that much more special.

Their quality of work is piss poor. As I write this … this is the SECOND time that I’ve been up here WITHIN a 5 day period for them to fix imperfections in my nails. Atp, this is a WASTE of my time & with gas prices the way it is a waste of my gas also. & NO they don’t give refunds which is making me even more mad. All the money they make & they can’t give 1 lousy refund ??! Because of their mistake like be FR ! & furthermore I ALMOST forgot to include the fact that they took more than an hour to do TEN … lil … toes so if you wanna spend all day up in the mall … this here is the PERFECT place to go !Service: Pedicure

I brought my mother to this nail SPA for a deluxe spa pedicure. She paid $55 and the nail tech spent less then 30 minutes on my mom's feet. I can't imagine how little time a regular pedicure would be. If you are in a hurry, this is the place. I wouldn't waste your money on any upgrades.

Absolutely horrific experience. The male employee was bragging about the drugs he does and was quite obviously under the influence the whole time. He absolutely butchered my girlfriends fingers causing extreme pain and bleeding. He was nodding out and incredibly rude when told it hurts. He got nail polish everywhere, all over her hands and everything. Horrible experience.Service: Acrylic nails

I will tell you to avoid this place because they are crooks. I took myself and my 5 year old granddaughter there for mani pedis. I must say first it’s my own fault for not inquiring on their prices but so I’ll admit to that but they were the worst we have ever received. All you have to do is look at the pics. I paid $161.84 including tip for my granddaughter to have regular polish on her toes and fingers and myself gel polish. She didn’t even shape my nails properly as well as anything else. AVOID them if you want a proper mani pedi. They are the worst!!!!!
