Took my son for his 1st birthday bear, they have a wide selection of bears to choose from but the accessories seem really limited to pulp culture reference themes like nightmare before christmas and other big name kid brands, not a complaint. Expensive to do a single bear, its a lot better to do the buy 2 for like twn bucks more

Staff is okay. The bears are overpriced but you can get a birthday bear for your kids age up to 12. So that does help and making it bearable. Get it? ?

It was our kids first experience at build a bear. Maggie was so sweet, informative, and patient. The voice sound chip was very low so we opted for a different one she gave us which was much louder. She was very hands on (but Covid safe) with allowing the kids to participate in the make of their bears as much as possible. We are of town folks and it was a friendly store vs some of the other stores in there.

Fun place to visit even as an adult. The stuffed animal making process is fun. It is pricey if you buy the licensed toys like Toothless from How to train your dragon.

Love this BAB, the staff are always friendly, we've been going for years. When my son was little he loved it, he's older now and still enjoys going in to get his favorite characters and pick outfits or accessories for them. You can purchase online only items and order them unstuffed, this way you can still get the full experience at the store. Always clean.
