Overpriced slightly (compared to Barnes and Noble), and the cashier was overly pushy about the membership after I tried to decline politely.

I ordered a book set for my son to be picked up. Upon placing order I didn't see that it had to be picked up within a couple days until I read the confirmation email that came at night the next day (so already 1 day down). I then broke my right wrist in 2 places so was unable to pick up until following day when someone could take me. They would not hold the order for basically 12 hours. So I had to go back and order again, this time I picked delivery so no problems. It has been 3 weeks order shows processing and its 3 days till Christmas. For 2 days the where is my order and contract help has been down on their site...really??? I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.
