The clerk I spoke to told me they didn't carry the item I found online as being in their store. Went to target like he suggested and target clerk looked it up again and I ended up back at Best Buy and went to another employee who walked to back of store amd came right back with what I was there for the first time.

Staff is always helpful, floor plan could be better situated, all in all never a bad experience.
