Pat and Trinnietta were most helpful, they opened a checking account for myself and my partner & also explained the benefits to us. It went smooth & easy. Bank of America has the longest transaction times in the banking business. If you're unfortunate to have to call BoA the voice prompt system takes over 4 mins to get in que to speak to someone. Then while you wait on hold for 20-to 40 mins, they play annoying BoA commercials. I cannot recommend Bank of America. Why does BoA not have live chat on their website customer portal?

What a joke this bank is. I have a business account here and they hold check no matter big or small for 7 days and feel every check I bring them is fraud 3 years is enough time to cancel this account

As a new customer they make you wait at least 1x full businesses week to gain (Full access to ur pay check!) As a father and a fastfood worker this unacceptable, I was excited to bank with America's top bank, sadly was let down. Great if you have extra for well over a month...

I waited almost an hour just to cash a check, serveral people we’re there sitting at their desks. The process of cashing a check only takes 5 mins or less, they could’ve easily assisted me. I’ve been with BOFA for 5 years and never have been this upset with customer service… will not be coming back to this location.
