April sold my husband’s house for us right before our wedding. April made the process seamless and stress-free during what otherwise may have been a stressful time.Prior to listing the house, April completed a walk through with us and answered a few final questions we had. She took beautiful photographs and created a video showcasing the property. We were blown away with how much work she put into the marketing of the house. We took a lot of pride in this home, and we were impressed with how well April was able to capture the beauty of the property virtually.Within hours of listing the house on a Friday, we had a weekend full of showings. By Sunday morning we had multiple offers and by the evening we were under contract! This was the first time selling a house for both my husband and I, so we had many questions throughout the process. April was extremely helpful and answered all the questions of our questions timely and with compassion.April is professional, creative, honest, and hard working. April was awesome throughout the entire process of buying our first home. I loved that I could text her Zillow links at any hour of the day and she would reply quickly with disclosures/schedule time to go see the house! She was flexible with us, giving her time up on the weekends to show us homes. We lived in Columbus so seeing houses wasn't always so easy. When we finally had our offer accepted, she continued to help us with the lending side a little bit. She was seriously our rock throughout the whole process! I STRONGLY would recommend April as your realtor.
