Wow where do I start… my fiancé made an appointment for an eye exam and glasses. The first appointment we made was rescheduled because they said their machines were not working. Ok that’s fine.. so we go in for the rescheduled exam they give him the 3 eye tests and then tell us there is no doctor here… what? Why are we here then? So they apologized and said we will get you in the following week to see the doctor…we show up today for the appointment and the front desk girl says there is no doctor here. WHAT???? This place is a joke we will never ever go back and will tell everyone about our experience.. wasted gas and left work early both times to make the appointments. I told the girl I work for doctors and surgeons and we would never ever let a patient come in if there was no doctor. Don’t even bother to apologize we don’t want to hear it. The most unprofessional disorganized business I have ever been to. Also we got a text saying our appointment was cancelled after we left.. NO it wasn’t cancelled we walked out!!! And will not be back.

You get zero stars, I’ve never been treated this poorly at a business. Three cancellations, the last two were while I was there for confirmed appointments. Finally nine minutes after I left your business I received a cancellation text.

Their machines couldn’t take my eye picture for a suprise virtual visit. Doc can’t measure anything unless he has all the extras. Told me to reschedule in 3 weeks. I’ll never be back. Check to make sure you have an actual in person visit not a virtual one. What a waste of time and effort.

My Mother is the one who told me about America’s Best, she said she had a very good experience so i decided to try them out myself. When i very first went i had an appointment set for 11:30 am, I then seen the eye doctor at 11:58. I did not leave America’s best until 12:30. Today(7/6/24) I went to go pick up my new glasses. When i had came in they were very packed, the woman who was at the front desk said it would take a few minutes before they got to me. There was a man who then came behind me saying he was there to also pick up new glasses. That man was taken care of before i was. The woman watched him cut me in line and proceeded to say nothing. Or tell the coworker that i should have been taken care of first. There seems to no order there unfortunately, they are really really nice and great at what they do. However if you set your appointment early prepare to be there an extra couple of hours then expected.

He prepared to be here all day to just order glasses. Slowest bunch of people i have ever seen. Wait 2 hours to be helped. Joke!

Awful place! We came to get lenses prescription, waited 2 hours and got pre-test. Accidentally, a doctor was not here!
Why we waited and had tast nobody know ?. Waisting of time!!!

This place sucks. They canceled my appointment last minute and left two different reasons for it (the called me twice without realizing it) and then when I make another appointment after filling out all the paperwork and giving all the information on my insurance card no one tells me until the day I get all the way up there that they don't take my insurance. All this after being sent literally 5 reminders for the appointment. ???? This place is booty go somewhere else

Update 2: Still no contacts, called and spoke to 3 people before being told they weren't there and once again was just told that a manager would look into it. This has been easily the worst experience I've had with any business in my entire life.**UPDATE** It has now been 3 months and they still don't have my contacts ready.**Uncaring and unprofessional. I purchased glasses and contacts on the same day from this location. When the glasses came in I expressed concern that they didn't feel like the right prescription and I couldn't see very well and was brushed off my the man that helped me, he just said wait a couple weeks and it'll be great. I waited a few weeks and called to ask about it because they still weren't right. I was just told to keep waiting to adjust.As of this review my contacts still haven't arrived and it's been 2 months. At this point I've just accepted this as a lesson learned to not deal with this location ever again.

My eye exam was fine. But when I called over a week ago I needed to order contacts before the end of the year for my insurance. I gave my phone number and was told the next available optometrist would call me since all were with patients. And as of today I still have not heard from anybody. Very disappointed. I ended up ordering them from somewhere else.

I have been a customer since 2015. I have always been happy with their products and service. Great group of people work here. They treat you with kindness and are very professional.
