I cannot give Strongsville’s Express Alterations enough stars- they saved my wedding day! I originally had someone else do my wedding dress alterations and received it back just 1 week before my big day. There were multiple issues with the alterations but Suhad reassured me I came to the right place by bringing my dress here. She immediately fixed one of the problem areas so I could leave it with them with a peace of mind. I cried tears of joy when it was finished and I tried it on. Suhad was empathetic, kind, and extremely skilled.ci could feel her excitement for me as I tried it one with the alterations the way I had envisioned. She even made sure she finished it days early to ensure there was time for last min. fixes. Thank you, Suhad!

Alterations Express Strongsville was recommended to me by the shop I bought my wedding dress from, and I am so pleased with their work. I had a big ballgown that needed fitting in the bodice, cups, hem, and bustle and another backless, bridal top that needed fitting all over. It was perfectly done. They also dry cleaned my dress which was a sample, and it looked good as new.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Suhad helped me so well. She looked at the dress and made sure it fit my body better. She listened to my concerns and was able to alter the dress in a way that eliminated those. All in all a great experience and everyone working there is super friendly. I would highly recommend choosing Alterations Express!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I went for a bridal gown alteration and Suhad did an amazing job. She helped take in a dress that was 3 sizes too big and made it the perfect fit for my body while also being able to save the details of the dress I loved (including the pockets)! Very kind, diligent, and quick!

Suhad and all of the staff here is absolutely AMAZING! I had gotten a bridesmaid dress altered here two months ago and it was so fast and fit perfectly. I knew I was in good hands and felt comfortable enough bringing them my wedding dress to be altered. Suhad listened to all of my concerns and was so patient with me. If it weren’t for Suhad, I wouldn’t have felt as beautiful on my wedding day. The work she did to my dress was perfect. I’m already wishing I could wear my dress again!

I stumbled upon this place and I’m so happy I did because I was looking high and low for a place that could help me with my bridesmaid dress. I needed pockets added to it and I was also looking to have it hemmed.
I called and the worker over the phone told me to stop in and they would take a look. They were confident about adding pockets and the hem was no problem either. I just had to provide the material for the pockets (cost me only $6 at JOANN Fabrics.) it was completed in a reasonable amount of time (a few days for the hem and 1 1/2 weeks for the pockets.) it was exciting when I tried it on I’m so thankful I can have pockets now! I loved working with them so much that i decided to leave my dress there to also be dry cleaned so it’s fresh and ready for the wedding. It’s nice having a great alterations place to help with projects like this. I highly recommend this business to everyone and I will definitely be back if I have anymore clothes needing alterations!

Stopped here yesterday to have a button sewn and the nice woman in the Kent State sweatshirt not only fixed that button but pointed out other buttons about to fall off and fixed those for me as well. Super fast and helpful. I’ll be back!
