Tyler was exceptional yesterday! I had a flat in he came in 15 minutes and helped. He looked happy and he was willing to put on the new tire. He was kind and courteous. Good job Tyler! 😀

During a busy time of the year my car broke down at a very busy intersection. I called the police and they tried moving my vehicle but the car was locked in gear and could not be moved. I called Triple A and could not get a hold of anyone so the police officer called a tow truck company they use and they came out, hooked up the car and drove it to the dealer! It cost me around $200. I took the receipt to a local AAA office, told them what happened. They had me fill out a report with the outside towing receipt. Since I could not get a hold of anyone at AAA they reimbursed my cost for the tow. Great company to deal with!!! Thank you AAA!

Early November 2024, I booked a trip to Punta Cana with a AAA travel agent. She told me she booked me in the 18 and over section of the resort. She also told me that I was eligible for $100 from AAA for booking with them. Before I left for my trip in December, I repeatedly asked the agent where in my documents did it say that I was in the 18 and over section of the resort. She said she booked it that way. Needless to say, I was not in the 18 and over section when I checked in at the resort. I also repeatedly asked about the $100. Finally she told me that I wasn't eligible since I booked the trip prior to January 1, 2025. I have been a AAA member for 43 years. This is the first and last time I used their travel services. I will not be renewing my membership when it becomes due in April 2025.

This insurance place won’t cancel my insurance after my request.
I emailed Beth Kordich, my insurance agent, to cancel my renters insurance, but my credit card was billed for four months after the cancellation. I emailed Beth Kordich again, for multiple times actually, to get this resolved. She promised to get this cancelled at first but did nothing. She then stopped responding to my emails. It NEVER got resolved.
I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Absolutely the most impressive employee works front and center at this AAA branch. Ms. Vanessa White (branch specialist) greeted me as soon as I arrived with a smile, polished appearance, courtesy and extremely welcoming. All I really asked for was a map and an old school TripTik; Vanessa saw my TripTik and raised the bar for what every employee of AAA should be trained to mimic. Vamessa called when it was ready (ahead of time), again met me with a smile and eagerness to help that was beyond all expectations. Vanessa has bar none managed to put a new and innovative face for AAA for me and I have not stopped bragging about her since my brief encounter.

Never buy insurance here. The agent I had to deal with (she) was the most unprofessional and irresponsible person I had ever seen. She made so many careless mistakes and never apologized. She never explained the reasons for the delayed processing of the application. I give her minus 10 stars if possible. It was truly a terrible experience.

Use to think very highly until I was left stranded over 5 hours and had to call and pay for my own tow home. Now having to fight to get my money back!! Why do I pay for AAA membership and still get treated crappy. First time using my card in 3 years and poor service. Won’t be recommending any time soon to anyone. Representative very poor customer service and attitude just made it worse.

I've had AAA for 20 years. I've used it today for the first time. Other family members have used it in the past. My first experience was perfect and quick. Picked up a piece of metal on the road. Got my truck to my daughter's house and called AAA. Fifteen minutes to get there and a half an hour and I was back on the road. Thanks ****. A job well done

I want to thank Brian at the Strongsville Aaa for a very thorough job in preparing my trip tic. I had a lot of stops and he put it together with all the details perfectly. AAA is horrible, first time I had to use the services and waited over three hours to get towed. They are horrible at customer service, I could do better with my eyes closed! Also, they didn’t solve the issue on the first call, had to make close to 10 calls to get issue resolved. I would not recommend them to anyone! Online reviews say Blink is best, but I’d almost just go with a car warranty and use the tow services that come with the warranty, you will probably have better luck!

Biggest mistake I've ever made was trusting triple a insurance there not 100 percent behind there insurers one mistake and they drop you and after 1st year they sell your policy too a 3rd party insurance broker so do self favor do not insure you vehicle home or life insurance with triple AAA save money far as there road services most insurance companies do same thing provide road services but believe this you make one mistake there underwriter will drop your insurance but after one year they sell your policy to 3rd party don't believe them if say won't cause they will they must pay or lower premiums for those who give them good reviews but hope listen don't trust there insurance companies
